“This is my backup store when the Staples closest to me is sold out. It seems like a much larger store than the Vista store. Or maybe they just stock more items without as much clutter. Prices are as to be expected. Instore and online prices can vary, so often I'll check and if the online prices are cheaper, order online and then do a 1 hour pickup. Save money and earn miles and points. Win, win! Employees are helpful and mostly happy and there usually isn't much wait. Parking can be tricky because it's surrounded by restaurants and there's just one entrance into and out of the strip mall. Sometimes it's easier to park on the side of the store than in front.”
“Was trying to ship home a fly fishing rod and reel that was passed down to me by an uncle. Didn't want to take it on the plane so went into the Village UPS store. It was an odd size to box and ship, but once I explained the situation to the staff there, they teamed up to make it happen! Just received my package, and they did a fabulous job packing it up so it made it here safely. Appreciate all the staff there, working on a Saturday, to help me get this family heirloom home safely! You ladies rock!!”
“I absolutely love how easy and convenient this Postal Annex is. I frequently stop over on mylunch to mail packages for work, so I'm usually crunched for time. Sometimes there are quite a few people in the store, but I've never waited long. There are lots of cute trinket type things to look at while you're waiting too.I've always lucked out and gotten the same worker Krystal when I come in. She is super helpful, friendly and funny. She really interacts great with the customers! She moves fast and knows that she is doing. Great job Postal Annex!”

The people here are amazing! As a disabled single mother in a wheelchair, they go out of their way to accommodate me. They are also very kind to my son who is 11 years old and suffers from ADHD. I have never had any issues at this location. I can’t thank them enough for all that they do. I am very grateful. ”
