I went to purchase two booklet of stamps and after the payment transaction went through realized the increased cost compared to the postal service. So immediately I requested to reverse the transaction and returned the stamps. I was given a return receipt showing that $38 should be going back into my account, however, after waiting 16 days this return was never processed. I called the shop three times and was given an apology then instructed to send an email with the photo of the original receipt so the shopkeeper coujd have his bank process the refund ASAP. Several more days pass and still no refund was issued. Beware of empty promises and fraudulent return receipts. In the end my credit card company filed a dispute for the charges. All this for $38 is a complete waste of time and energy. This store is not to be trusted. Take your business elsewhere.

FEDEX CUSTOMERS ❣️I visited this location due to the fact that they're an authorized fed ex shipping location. There was a male there that was really rude and was upset because I needed a piece of tape to place my new label. I was nice to him and complimented him on the shop ,my grandson was with me and really liked the store. If you need fed ex service and shipping I recommend you got to the actual FedEx because they're so helpful and friendly. It's on Faraday.

Shop was all closed up on Saturday at 1:00, contrary to posted hours. This is at least third bad experience with this shop (out of only three visits). I'm done.

Don't go here!! I had a time sensitive package I needed to send by Thursday so online it said their hours were until 6pm, I arrived Wednesday at 5:15pm and they were closed. They had a temporary hours that meant they were only open until 5pm. Okay fine. I show up Thursday morning at 10am (WELL within their temporary hours of 9am-5pm) and they're CLOSED. Lights off, door locked. Are you kidding me? Luckily I was able to go to the other FedEx drop off down the street but this business might as well be closed for good if you can't function in normal business hours.

I just left. There was an older lady with long gray hair and a tiger printed dress that." helped " me. I was waiting very patiently for a receipt for five FedEx packages that I had dropped off and she pretty much scolded me and said I already have the tracking numbers as if giving me proof of drop off receipt was inconveniencing her. She had literally one job. Horrific customer service. 10/10 do not recommend this place. Absolutely rude lady

Just stopped by at noon on a Saturday during business hours and they are closed. Hours are posted on the door but lights are off and door locked. Should have just gone to the one in San Elijo.

Forget about it! Terrible service. Their says open on Saturday but they never are. Lady that works their spent 5 minutes telling how she hates it and how bad the owner treats them. Go so place else.

I have no idea why the low scores, the young man working at the front is on top of it. He's polite and fast...super knowledgeable. I have been in numerous times and there's never been a problem

I should have read the reviews when I got here! Krystal is the worst person who could’ve helped us I went to take my grandma for her notary. she was telling her if she knew what her notary was despite it being all English and didn’t even try to help us what agent meant because of some “ california law “ and laughed while doing so. we decided to go to UPS at our local city and they treated way better no questions asked all sign and done.

Absolute rip off! They literally charge 10 times the price for their services than other locations, there is no exaggeration in my calculation. I am absolutely appalled by them taking advantage of their customer's wallets and blaming it on the economy when I asked why it was so high compared to the other locations.

Frustrating to walk 2 miles to their store after seeing online that they close at 6pm.Get there at 5:40 to find a locked door and a gentleman inside unwilling to come to the door to take my prepaid USPS package.I guess that is too much to ask.

I only wish I read the reviews sooner before I took a chance to leave them with an expensive "Back to Sender" box. My gut feeling told me to at least take a picture of the box with the lady at the desk who said they don't offer a tracking number unless I go to the post office. I was on my to go on a road trip and had a car full of people waiting so trusted nothing would go wrong. I had no time to run to an official post office which postal annex is NOT. Well a month goes by and the company that the box was supposed to get returned to claims they still haven't received the return and can't refund me the amount till they do. I go back to the postal annex and she remembered me and can only tell me that as far as she knows the mail service came by to pick it up. The mystery remains is that the post office is 100 percent convinced they never received it or they would have scanned it in their system as soon as it got on their truck. I call the postal annex owner who said he looked around and doesn't see the parcel anywhere in his store but trusts his employees. i point out that this isn't the first time that i read this happens in his location and he simply apologized and said there's nothing more he can do . I am left short close to $100 lost. ALM from Carlsbad
