Went here on Sept 17th 2024 to get a mailbox to have my mail sent here because I have moved. The guy at the counter told me he couldn't provide me with one because the system was not working after he specifically said to come in. Why didn't he tell me that before. Bad service I'm not recommending this place at all.

I just needed a receipt for my records. Shipping back a prepaid order (Spoiledchild) Unfortunately for me the woman said no reciepts are given. I couldn't record the return here. Best go directly to the local post office if you need paper trail records.

I absolutely love how easy and convenient this Postal Annex is. I frequently stop over on mylunch to mail packages for work, so I'm usually crunched for time. Sometimes there are quite a few people in the store, but I've never waited long. There are lots of cute trinket type things to look at while you're waiting too.I've always lucked out and gotten the same worker Krystal when I come in. She is super helpful, friendly and funny. She really interacts great with the customers! She moves fast and knows that she is doing. Great job Postal Annex!

Been doing business here for years. Customer service is always top tier and quick. I appreciate the manager always looking out for my items & always a pleasure to speak to when I come in. Never had any issues with my mail, packages or service. :)

Crystal was truly Outstanding in every capacity, particularly with the direct, professional and timely support she has provided me as a Notary. She was decidedly patient and very personable, as I personally witnessed th different needs. This Postal Annex is the place to go for real help, when it is most needed. I am truly grateful to Crystal, who Always has great music on too!

On Monday June 19th I went to the post office to send in our passports for renewal. It turned out to be Juneteenth, which is a Federal Holiday, and the the post office was closed. So I opted to go to this postal annex instead. Krystal, the manager, was the one who was manning the counter when I went there. Krystal was extremely condescending throughout the process. First off she made it very clear I was making a mistake send the old passports via certified mail instead of express mail. She kept telling me certified mail would take longer, even though I told her there was no rush. Why would I pay for a more expensive service when it’s not needed? Then she had to comment on my mailing both passports in one envelope. (I did my research on renewing passports and I heard the renewal fee for each passport had to be a separate check, but there was absolutely no mention about not mailing them together.) Krystal proceeded to send my envelope via certified mail and told me I could track the package. After a couple of days I checked the tracking and nothing was coming up. I went back to postal annex and Krystal was there again. I told her how I wasn’t getting any tracking information. Her response, again with a condescending tone, was that someone at the post office failed to do their job. So I went to the post office to see what happened. The postman told me that certified mail isn’t tracked and that I would be notified of the delivery, if I paid for that service. Uh, I don’t recall Krystal asking me about that. Today I received our new passports without a problem. So pretty much everything that Krystal told me was a misrepresentation. As long as Krystal works at this location, I will go elsewhere for any services that I may need from a postal annex. One of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had…and yes, I just came back from giving Krystal an earfull.

Very busy small store with wonderful attitude and reliable service. Krystal is amazing. She does our notaries and helps with just about everything else.

Worst experience of my life, I returned a packaged that was delivered to the wrong address and they tried charging me a 6$ convenience fee over their mistake. This place is laughable and embarrassing and I will never come here again…

This PostalAnnex is your one-stop support center for shipping , notary, office supply and gifts. The service is great!! I have been using their service for more than 5 years. Chrystal is very knowledgable in the business . She is awesome and the best , multi-tasks. The new staff Kyle is very nice and helpful. He works with Chrystal High recommend their business!!!
