There is a female manager and a male cashier at this store who are extremely rude and clearly racist.
They treat our people of color very differently, with a completely different attitude and face. This has been the worst shopping experience I’ve ever had. Not only did they yell at me and use highly “unfriendly” language, but they also banged on the table to intimidate me. I don’t understand why Ralph Lauren hired them, but they are damaging the brand’s reputation.

I had a very disappointing experience at Pollo recently I approach a staff member with a simple question expecting some helpful guidance. Unfortunately, the response I received was far from Emanuel was not helpful. He was not only unhelpful, but seemed very negative about the question I asked, rather than providing the assistance I needed he made me feel like I was bothering him.Customer service is a crucial part of any business, and this kind of attitude is unacceptable. I hope Polo take the steps to ensure that they’re staff or more helpful and positive in the future.

A $0 exchange for a different size shirt that was still in season, never worn, tags on, still folded from the display was not allowed with the current 30 exchange policy. So sad.

Polo store, very well stocked, has a men's, women's and children's section.
The staff is friendly and they have clothes that you can't find in other stores in the area.
It has promotions if you subscribe to its page through emails

A well-known brand appealing to men, women, and children. Prices apparently look lower; but, keeping the old designs in view, these are high. Only early adopters or followers can appreciate this point.Staff is helpful.

I've found the staff to always be helpful & friendly. Not too many unique options for men. Sizes are very "relaxed" to what a nicely fitted/tailored look should be. Compared to other brands an extra small is like a medium or large at other places.

When I came in I was helped by Susie and Leela and found the things I was looking for thanks to them I liked there variety of business,casual attire very selective if you ask me.
