When I found Jim & Adam at Carlsbad Village pharmacy I felt so relax, well cared for, remembered, accommodated… as one should be. These big companies are just not the right fit for me. Jim & Adam have a loyal customer in me even thought I drive about 20 miles round trip to enjoy their services. Good Job guys and staff!?❤️”

“Oh my gosh!How many times in your life can you say that visiting the pharmacy to pick up a prescription was the enjoyable highlight of your day?The pharmacists on staff (Christine and Aria) exuded fun and pleasant energy from the second I stepped foot into the pharmacy, cracking friendly jokes and putting me at ease.On top of that, Christine took the time to not only show me how my prescribed medicine is administered (in the most engaging and entertaining way possible) but also broke the medication down and explained the effects, benefits and side effects of each active ingredient of the medication.They were both incredibly knowledgeable and warm and it really made my day!Thanks so very very much!”
“From all the Costcos I've been to, this one I always find parking really quickly. I feel like that's always a battle when going to a Costco and for some reason, I'm pretty lucky. The self-checkout options makes the lines with cashiers more manageable and quicker. I went with my mom this last time and somehow from the door where you show your membership card to the time we went to check out, she lost her card. It was super easy to get a replacement right on the spot. The line took a little bit but everything being in one place simplifies everything!”

“Never thought I'd write a review on a drug store but this pharmacy is clearly top notch. Never really needed prescriptions on a regular basis until recently and really surprised how professional and client friendly they are. Always lets me know when my order is ready and rarely a wait. If my prescription isn't covered by insurance they find great coupons and always a good price. Kevin always spot on!”
“Reason it's not 5 stars, is because sometimes food can be expired or close or expired, which is never good. Other then that Vons is an 8/10, go check it out sometime!”

I was amazed at their composure when two customers who were the rudest people I've ever seen were cussing them out today. They continued to be nice, despite all the personal insults. There was also a pharmacist I don't know her name who was being yelled at, but they really never broke their calm composure and kindness.”

“Parents of nervous kids should run, not walk, their kids to James the Pharmacist for all their shots. When you get a shot from James, you will need video evidence because James' technique is so flawless, you won't believe you were ever poked with a needle. He is so skilled, your kids will probably ask for another shot. James is the best thing to happen to vaccines since Louis Pasteur and Jonas Salk. (And I am not a paid reviewer.)”
