False advertisement, when I arrived at the store there were signs everywhere saying buy 1 get one 50% off so I spend about 30 minutes finding 2 items and when I was about to pay the manager said none of those items qualify I tried to point out the there was no additional signs next to them but she went to get a sign towards the middle/ end of the store where they had their list of exclusions

Don't buy from PacSun. I ordered a hat online and they sent it in a plastic bag. The hat came crushed and bent, I called to complain and they said they would send me a new one, but they sent me the same hat in a bag again. This one came in worse condition

A lady was trying to exchange an item and the cashier (Kendra) and Manager (Daisad) were both very rude and unprofessional. They both acted like high school girls (both clearly won’t) saying I don’t know the managers name and just playing games with the lady and it was all over this lady not wanting to giver her email address. The manager actually refused this poor lady’s return for no other reason but not supplying her email. If PAC Sun can’t accept a phone number for a return then I guess they are selling peoples email address for profit. I was so disappointed on how the employee/manager treated this customer, Corporate needs to review their team at this store and have them retake the training course if there is even one. I decided to take my business elsewhere after seeing this unfold.

This store has false advertising saying buy one, get one for 50% but when you check out, it didn't apply. Manager sucks and didn't even allow to try clothes on.
