Would give this place no stars if possible! Bought a 1500.00 Samsung 30 in Built in Cooktop on 5/10/2023 from Sales Rep Kenyata. The Central Panel Faceplate discolored during the first use. Everyone said I used harsh chemicals/extreme heat/ Not covered under warranty. Sergio the manager at Pacific Sales would not take my call. After many phone calls and Pictures Kenyata turned me over to Best Buy warranty dept. said they would order the part FINALLY on 8/8/2023. Said they would p[ay for the part 297.00 if I paid for the install. Great I'll do that!! JANUARY 17th No PART, No-one at Pacific Sales even picks up the phone!!! I spent lots of money over the years at Pacific Sales. Remodeled two homes, outfitted two rentals. You have lost me as a customer and I recommend to all my friends to stay away for Pacific Sales. Sergio is doing a great job of losing customers!!

Carol Bell was the best help ever. She was able to guide novice me down the best path to purchase some Shower hardware for a rental that I take care of. She searched and found the correct configuration as a replacement. So I did not just shoot in the dark on Amazon. So Amazon lost a customer that day. Carol was great and surely will be in the future. Plus she has the keyboard that lights up with pretty colors. I got me one of those.

We have been using Sergio Deniz at Pacific Sales for many years. We are a property management company here in San Diego and Sergio is always available to get replacement appliances sent out asap. We also do new construction work and when ordering full package of appliances Sergio is always looking for the best deals for us. Once I send my email with our order it is on auto pilot and I don’t have to worry about it again. Definitely recommend Pacific Sales and Sergio. Thank you for all the years of great customer service

Had a great experience with the team at Pacific Sales in Carlsbad. George our appliance sales rep was very knowledgeable and responsive to all our needs. He helped us with our custom order from Vent-a-hood which turned out stunning. We also worked with Eric on our Waterstone faucets. Dave has been a life saver. He helped Me pick out appliances for 3 units under construction so size was important since one is a studio. I've been back 3x to pick out more with him that's how much I appreciate him and his knowledge. Nick helped with the credit card application and told me about all the benefits of the card and I just came back today with $735 rewards certificates!Plus I 5% get back in rewards every time I use my Best Buy card since they own Pacific Sales. This is HUGE since our project is large and costly. I also want to say they are patient and understanding because I'm juggling a lot of balls with this remodel. Thanks Guys!

My wife and I have worked with Ryan in the Carlsbad store for several years with our major appliance needs. He is very knowledgeable and listens to our concerns. When Ryan wasn't available, his Supervisor stepped in to help, also extremely helpful.When our washer and dryer needed replacing, we met with Sergio, who answered all our questions, and we were confident we were purchasing the right models.The value added by working with the sales personnel from Pacific Sales always brings us back.
