an excellent product for pain management, particularlty in lieu of prescription meds. it is a long term form of pain management so you may not get immediate relief but it will start to provide relief within a short period of usage. it is not restrictive and can be worn around the clock if need be.

Although my husband had a little trouble keeping it on his back where he has sciatic pain, I had hand surgery and it has been wonderful for the pain and inflammation! You do have to be sure to use it often, but I was impressed with the results.
