I really want to give a shout-out to this Reprographics company. I have been in Architecture for 40 years and used many reprographics companies in those years and I deffently have to raise NCB Reprographics to the highest level of service from their very courteous staff. Also, they have the coolest golden retrievers that greet you -- I highly recommend this facility and staff for all of your reprographics needs.

Our business has been using NCB several times per week for years. We sometimes use NCB every day and often times with rush orders and NCB always gets the job done. Whether we email NCB, upload files to their FTP site or they personally pick up and drop off orders, NCB makes ordering convenient! NCB offers a wide range of services, but we often times use NCB for the following: - Small format copies and scans - Large format copies and scans - Comb binding large reports -Large graphic mounting etc..... We highly recommend NCB!

NCB has always been a quality reprographics company. Our office is an architectural firm and we exclusively use them for our large format printing. From black and white to full color prints, their quality, customer service and commitment are by far the best available. We've never been disappointed.

Very disappointing at NCB. They totally ripped me off this week. I had 5 color prints done there and they way they calculate the area of your prints is totally ridiculous and infuriating. First I called ahead to get a quote and she said it was $3.50 a sq/f. Later I found out that it stars at 3.50sq/f. Mine turned out to be at $4.50. Second, they always round it up your sq/f area. So you have 1.2 sq/f, they charge you for 2. If you have 4.1 they charge for you for 5, and so forth. They also never tell you, of course that, if you want, you can put all your drawing in one page to optimize the sq/f are. Long story short, my 4.5 sq/f printed area turned out to be 9 sq/f. But when I went to measure at home, after calling them to find out how they calculated that, I never came up with the same amount. At max, in the their method, I had 7sq/f. TOTAL RIP OFF!!!!!

If you need blueprints or professional printing done this is the place. I'm a designer and always need extra sets of blueprints and do not like the lack of service, turnaround or prices at FedEx Kinkos. I found NCB Repro on Google so, I thought I would drop off my USB Flash to NCB and come back later to pick up my blueprints. I didn't need to because they printed them right up while I waited for 5 minutes. Price was considerably less than what they charge at FedEx and they also offer pick up and drop off for a nominal fee $2.50. You can also send files to their FTP site from home. Why go anywhere else? I highly recommend NCB for your business printing, scanning etc...
