The collection is good.The watch we bought had scratches and we were promised a new watch in couple of days. They did not get back to us even after a week. When we went there and asked the sales person kept asking us to come after an hour few times. Finally when we were firm to ask, she was very rude. We finally got another watch with scratches. I wouldn’t go back.

I stopped by to get a new battery for my watch and both sales people had their heads down until I stood at the counter. No welcome in or a smile from anyone, one girl kept her head down the whole time.Older woman came up to me and I told her that I wanted a new battery and that I wanted to change my band to a link one, she said, “we don’t have any bands.” I man came out from the back and I asked him and he came over with bands, I told him I was looking for a link band so he put the bands back.when the woman came back with my watch I asked her again if they had bands and she brought me the same ones the man did. How can a Movado dealer not have a large selection of bands for all their watches?I did not feel welcomed in this place at all and they definitely need customer service classes.And maybe a breath mint.

I came back to this store @Carlsbad just to check their watch selection and I ended up buying 3 Hugo Boss and Olivia Burton simply because Dianna was awesome, patient, very accommodating and happy to serve. Manager Vanessa went above and beyond, she gave me additional discount. Jaco was sweet and friendly too. After sale experience with Dassah was great as well, she fixed my Movado's watch bracelet. Overall experience, they absolutely provide great customer service. Come and see them all for any watches shopping!

We had a great experience at The Movado Co. Store. Diana was our sales agent. We actually made 2 trips to the store where she patiently answered all of our questions prior to purchase. Alex, the asst. manager is a real people-person. He helped us to size the watchband to a perfect fit. This store has a great assortment of watches and you can tell that all of the sales people are true watch-lovers. We highly recommend the Movado store and can't wait to visit again soon.

I visited this particular store three times before actually buying a men's movado classic two tone watch because of Dassah's expertise, recommendation, excellent customer service and she took her time to explain the benefits of having two tone versus gold tone. Overall, I was so happy and pleased with my purchase and I am gonna wear it daily. Thanks Dassah and keep shining! See yeah soon!

I got a watch by Movado online and had to get the strap sized. They were hesitant at first but finally made the right decision to resize the strap for free. This is what every company should do to support their customers. Happy with my service at this location.

The salespeople knew their products. They were polite and very helpful! Happy with my purchase and it fits perfect and like that they adjusted the band in store while i waited. I will shop there again.

My mom is a huge fan of this outlet mall. I personally haven't been here too many times but decided to go with her. I stopped by Movado, thinking maybe they have a sports watch for my Dad. My Dad is a huge tennis player (aka constantly sweats etc), so he's always loved high quality sturdy watches. Father's Day is coming up and I've yet to purchase anything. Alex, the Assistant, was super helpful! He is sophisticated and really knows his watches. He explained to me a few different options. I took pics of the options and showed my Mom later for her advice. Def will be coming back in the next 1-2 weeks to scoop it up! Being someone who works in HR management, I know a good employee/manager when I see one. What stuck out to me the most is that Alex did NOT pressure me and he didn't rush (even tho it was a Saturday). That's hard to find in a sales guy Thx Alex! Will see ya soon!

I am a huge watch guy and it was awesome coming into the shop. I talked with Alex Young and he was extremely knowledgeable and great to talk to. It’s refreshing to have someone who has such great customer service and helping me out. Will definitely be back for more watches!
