Excellent service from Gerardo. I was greeted from the moment I drove in and had a great technician going over my service in detail. He answered all my questions and concerns. Was able to get my loaner car with ease. A very professional operation. Thank you.

I am so not impressed with this dealership. I have a new-two-me 2022 Mercedes Metris. Mind you, this is a $60,000 vehicle. We've had the car for a couple of months and I have called the dealership three times. The first two times I left a message for one of the service advisors and I never got a call back. I called today and spoke with Joe, because I reinstalled one of the backseats incorrectly and it was stuck. He said "no problem bring it in. Ask for Jesus. He'll take care of you." When I got there, I was told it was going to cost $250 to have them "look at" the vehicle. Joe never told me it was going to be $250 to just simply look at, not fix, the backseat.I wonder what kind of job they'll do on the car when I bring it in for the 15,000 mile service next week. I shudder to think.We also have Alexis RX 350. The Lexus dealer has always been fantastic. I guess I'm spoiled by the service.

Brenda Soriano my Salesperson is just so amazing and most of all highly efficient. I shopped around for the 2023 AMG GLB35 and would like several options to come with it. Brenda just worked her magic, and she got me what I wanted in less than 3 days! I got my new toy with a quickness. Great discount as well just an overall great experience with Brenda.

The service manager Dave Kram and the GM Sean Connor helped our family tremendously. We had a bad battery and unfortunately our original warranty expired while the car was in the body shop after someone had hit us and Sean arranged to get the new battery under the original warranty as it isn't covered under the extended warranty that we purchased. Then when our daughters car needed front and rear brake pads Dave helped us tremendously and applied the discount and matched the pricing from another dealership and they really went above and beyond to help us.

Lies and tricks experience CPO Mercedes EQS450 supposed to be picked up on last Saturday morning. Talking with Reed over the phone she assured that this is absolutely gorgeous almost new EQS in a great condition. Saturday morning I got my cashiers check ready and headed from LA to the dealer to get the car. Now it's time to start count lies & tricks:1. It turned out that front bumper was completely scratched underneath including underneath protection. Additionally there was a dent on rear bumper that has to be repainted and scratched rim. Conclusion: I would never ever consider buying the car knowing all of these damages. 2. After a long conversation we eventually agreed on a deal by decreasing the price and started paperwork process. During the process I was told that we have to run some sort of Identity check. All right I agreed in that. Conclusion: Why? This is a cash deal. 3. Then I was told that since today is Saturday they cannot clear my cashiers check and requested to fill up a credit application but assured me it will stay in house and this is only for internal purpose. If there is any issue with my check then they will process the loan deal. I signed up the app but eventually they run a hard query. Conclusion: I never gave my permission to run a hard query. If you know that you won't be able to clear the check why you did not say that at the beginning? I could also come on Monday and pick up the car.4. Singing the last few document I found that they wanted to trick me again by instead of providing a discount from the price we agreed on they added a discount to the price they had on a website. Conclusion: Martin had such a high expectation that I won't check it but I actually did. Question: Martin how can you fell asleep when you fool people like that?5. After another conversation I was told that they won't change the price and this is the lowest we can go. So I left. 6. As always, instead of giving me that discount they thought I won't leave and decided to wait when I get back or call them back, but I didn't. Sunday morning I started looking for EQS in other dealerships and of course got a call from Reed. This time she was ready to give me that tricky discount and also order Uber from LA for me. Question: Why don't you just get it resolved yesterday? I spent my and friend of mine entire Saturday not to mentions gas etc...When I spoke over the phone with Rich from financial department next day he actually stated that: I did not know that Martin and Reed said you won't get a hard query. This is the way it works. So as always nobody cares, they just need to get this car gone. Eventually I got super lucky and bought EQS from Mercedes DTLA which is just 5 minutes from my place. Got a way better deal with twice less miles and higher MSRP.In addition to this, Reed stated: "the two years of free maintenance and the free charging it's not transferable by Mercedes-Benz of North America. I'm sorry to say". By some reason Mercedes-Benz of North America is different at MB DTLA and I got free maintenance and the free charging on my CPO EQS. Interesting right? Also I finish the deal at MB DTLA in lesss than one hour without any identity check and credit score check. Smooth and fast. Dear management, would you please revert my hard query as I never gave my permissions to run a credit check. This will be also reported to BBB and hopefully they proceed with appropriate actions. For everyone who read this: please be aware of such tricks and check each and every document very carefully.

Mike Shaffer makes it a pleasant experience to take your car in for service. He's friendly and efficient, runs a tight ship and we are all grateful. Just took my car in for a B service, he was with me right away and had me in a loaner within 7 minutes! Won't take my car anywhere else now. Thank you, Mike, for the excellent service!

The best experience I've ever had taking my car in for service. I was nervous as a woman encountering a new service situation, but it was one of the best experiences I've ever had with a car, mainly because of Kem! Kem is an absolute gem! His kindness, efficiency, and overall dedication to people is truly remarkable for this day and age. I was so floored. :)
