Leaving a review to share a really kind experience with a Mac consultant named Margarita. I came into the makeup section looking for a gift while most counters were quite busy. Although I was looking at another counter initially, Margarita came right over from Mac offering to help. She was so knowledgeable and friendly and made the shopping experience a total joy. She even offered to wrapped the gift beautifully and just seemed to go out of her way to help. Really appreciated Margarita making a shopping errand such a nice experience!!

Margarita was great!! I went shopping for my mother in law and ended up picking stuff up for myself too! Well upon arriving at home and wanting to wrap my MIL’s gifts I mixed mine with hers... I called MAC in hope she would remember what I bought for myself and she did!!! Lifesaver for sure! Great customer service and very polite!

I was looking for the single pan refills and was told they are only at the MAC stores (not in the department store stands). Ok awesome. Now I ask if the pots they have there are the same as what is available as a refill. Yes. Great! I am looking for a brown, taupe color that is shimmery but doesn't have red in it. "This is what we have, help yourself." And she walked away. Ummm, wow. What awesome customer service. Very helpful. Will never shop here again.

Love the products, adore the ladies, Jennifer and Itzell, just to name my favorite two. They are pros. Extremely knowledgeable in skin care as well as the proper use of their unique cosmetics. Thank you Ladies.

Okay, so I've written a review before about the Sephora at the promenade mall in Temecula the standalone one and the one inside JCPenney's. I wrote how they have several employees working there, yet they don't ask customers if they need any help. My issue is not with the employees at the Mac stand-alone store or the Mac store inside of Macy's my issue with Mac stores in Temecula is the fact that they only have one employee it seems working. I went in the standalone Mac store at the promenade mall in Temecula today the employee Greeted me and told that she would be with me and one moment. Which was great.....BUT as I look at the matte lipstick I wanted I noticed that there was a lot more people than I previously thought. The employee who previously told me that she'd be with me in a moment was going to be pretty busy, as she was the only one at work there was no other employee. So I leave and go to the Mac store inside Macy's, and again there was only one employee with several customers. Why is there only one employee per store? Although they were great, attentive, and friendly, just one is not enough.

I've been going to this same location, same store for 10+ years. Sometimes there's a wait before you get to speak to someone but nothing has ever been hard to deal with. On this day, I know I was pushing it to get to store on time. I actually got to the counter at 7:51 pm and I know store closes at 8 pm. I'm also coming from Fallbrook so I took a long drive to get there! I needed two items: turn in my recyclables for a lipstick and foundation. When I got to the counter Miranda was counting her box already so I stood still and asked if I could still shop. She kept counting her money. That's when my sister said, well you still have 9 minutes before closing. So she finished counting her coins and then asked me what I needed while at the same time staring at my daughter and nephew (toddlers) as if they were going to trash the place. Anyways I asked for NC 40 liquid foundation but then realized I had tried on NC 42 the other day at Temecula's Macy's so when I asked her to see it, she said "ugh I have to go" and went over the counter and tried searching for it. I said it's okay never mind and she rang me up. By now it was 7:59 so it wasn't like I made her stay longer than her shift. I hope Macy's gives their employees time after the store closes to count their register and doesn't expect all that to happen before 8:00 pm. Might I also add the other make-up and perfume counters were still ringing up customers with a smile on their face.

Today is the last day I will ever enter this store. I have been coming to this store for over 4 years, and the service has always been less than desirable. I came in today to buy foundation. There were 3 associates, two were doing makeup, one was at the cash register helping a client, I thought finalizing a sale. The one at the cash register nodded to me. I waited.....all I wanted was foundation and I had another appt. to go to. The next thing I know, the associate was heading to a makeup chair with the client following. This left NO ONE on the sales floor. As I did not want to be late for my appt., I left. This is not the first time that I have been treated like someone who didn't count at this store. I don't know, but I won't be back; furthermore, I will be changing my foundation to another manufacturer. I know I'm a senior citizen, but that doesn't mean that I should be treated this way. I also DO NOT look my age. I guess you only count here if you're under 45. Think I'll go back to using Bobbi Brown. Not happy.

I like it I want it I bought it. got my new shades of MAC lipstick. Love coming here because I always get a new makeover complimentary and these gals always teach me new ways to makes my eyes bigger. Love the various colors you can choose from and experiment with. Just a tip. Make sure you wipe thoroughly with alcohol the makeup you want to try. Don't want to risk getting germs from others.

Dominique is absolutely amazing. Came in to get color matched and assisted in finding a more natural and faster makeup routine. She didn't disappoint, as she sat with me testing different products and doing comparisons with me. She was so genuine and kind. She didn't push products on me to purchase either. She's a natural, and I'll be returning. She's an incredibly talented makeup artist-needless to say I bought just about everything she used on me. Thanks again Dominique!

Booked a make up appointment 30 days in advance. The appointment took 2 hours bea cause the girls were short staffed on a busy Saturday afternoon. My artist had to keep leaving to help customers and check them out. The make up was horrible. Missing primers, I had a do a lot of my own application. I was an hour late for my wedding due to this delay.
