Overall, everyone really tries to help today. I was fortunate to have Tina in the garden dept. Very helpful, patient, friendly. Really, it is nice when people have a smile.

I go into the store to get pots and flowers for my garden. The people who work inside garden are always nice and lovely same with the outside.

This is sometimes a bit more pricey than Home Depot, but they have more selection, and a somewhat more upscale inventory.The staff here are always helpful, and friendly.

The customer service at this store has gone way down. It's all self serve checkout and nobody knows what they're doing. Employee Bruce was so kind helping me use a gift card at the self check out. There were three men that obviously had never used self check out. They asked for help as another male older tall kinda slim employee walked by. This was at 7:30PM on Friday Jan 26, 2024. This employee was so incredibly rude to them!!! I couldn't believe it! He said I'm not a cashier. They asked so we do this all ourselves. He said with a total attitude, "Yah it's self checkout". And walked away. Totally rude and uncalled for. Then these guys were looking for a bag for their items that they paid for, so I actually helped them find the paper bag. RIDICULOUS, no customer service except for Bruce. There was a Hispanic kinda heavier set girl shouting to Bruce as he was helping me. She was absolutely rude as well. Who is the manager here? You need to do a better job training your employees.

Got a great deal on my purchase (special thanks to Clark Howard and his 'Clark Deals' subscription email I get daily for showcasing the deal), and when I went to pick up my purchase, Gayle ( I believe her name was at the front door) was more than welcoming and helpful when I arrived and didn't have my receipt or order number ready. She looked it right up, had great energy and a very honest and charming attitude and got me all set to go in a flash. She's a total asset to the Lowe's team, and they should be super proud and grateful to have her as an associate.

Outstanding store, well stocked and well maintained (clean), organized and laid out like as one would expect. Very busy, all the time, plenty of staff on hand stocking and available to ask questions. The back wall has extremely discounted items up to 75% off, great selections in the garden department. Custom orders? Absolutely, prices here seem to be less than other stores of this type, at times matching individual items as opposed to pre-package all-in-one. Thank you Lowe's

Horrible customer service by Sonny. I asked him several times if I could get help. The first time I asked him he was stocking batteries. I explained to him I forgot my reading glasses in the car. He continued to stock batteries and then turned the corner and proceeded to walked away. I asked him again if he could help me with finding this small car remote battery, I explained again that I could not read the small print. He sarcastically said “there all right there”! He continued to berate and belittle me as if I were a child pointing his finger at the battery rack. I again I said I did not bring in my glasses so I can by see it. There right there he said sarcastically. I said I’ll get the manager to help me. As I walked away he continued to yell insults to me. I said nothings as he followed me yelling insults. I then talked to the manager Windy about Sunny’s lack of customer service, his anger towards me, his spoken loudness, hand and finger pointing belittling of a customer, and chasing a customer down and yelling at me as I walked to customer service.

This place is just horrible. Everyone who works here is so grumpy and unhelpful. The prices are higher than home Depot for the exact same or very similar stuff. I always pick home Depot over Lowe's. Just checked out and the guy checking us out kept sighing like it was super annoying that we were checking out. We asked if the items came up on sale as they were marked and he got annoyed and told us to go check out at a different register after we got pictures of the sale prices from the isle we got them from. I'm so done with this stupid store.Update: I have now spent almost 2 hours in the store being shuffled from one register to another as each employee makes new and creative mistakes. Every new person I interact with is equally as terrible in both help and attitude. One employee told us he gets paid minimum wage and we are making him work too hard because we were trying to correct the billing error made by the previous employee. It is rare for a company to be so bad that it actually makes me hate them. It's normal to prefer one company over another. But this level of hatred for Lowe's is special and unique. It is so impressively bad. I will never go into Lowes again. I really don't care what the circumstances are. I hope this company fails completely and is taken over by home Depot.

I went to purchase some LED replacement lamps for a fluorescent fixture using T-8's. I noticed most of the boxes looked bent, so I picked the straightest four out of about twenty boxes. Sadly, one box had a broken one. So back to the store. Of the sixteen boxes left, fifteen had fluorescent lamps returned by some criminal (15×$24.00). Three stars for incompetent employees. This happens way too much. When I let the returns manager know of the fifteen boxes, she and another employee just shrugged it off. Literally saying, "we'll be getting more of these returned." With that I digress.
