I come here for returns online order(was extremely late) basically I stop by Oceanside, Vista and Carlsbad to collect the same items,
Finally online order arrived late so I don’t need anymore, the lady was make very rude comments about way Vista person come to Carlsbad store make returns. I was very disappointed the way she say this front to me as customer and front to her two coworkers which seems uncomfortable with this comment. If my order was late and I don’t need anymore (I don’t see the problem to return this items)

Two years ago, we were so pleased with Lowe's Carlsbad Design Center for a kitchen remodel that we returned this year, 2024, for a master bathroom up-date. Again, we could not be happier with the results! It began with Designer Jaysun and his adept skill at making our ideas a working visual. Once again, Julz Corp., Lowe's "build firm," made our vision a reality with their professional, efficient experts, from their schedulers (master multi-taskers) to all their highly trained tradesmen. Extra kudos to multi-talented drywaller extraordinaire, Miguel, and energetic, technical installer, Jesus. Additionally, the Lowe's Support Team is invaluable. Lowe's, together with Julz Corp., created for us another "thing of beauty and a joy forever."

This location has poor customer service. Some young kid worked at a return cashier checked out area told me to go check out some where else because he couldn't handle the work volume but there was no one there. Some of the employees there are rude when questioned about an item there. Very unprofessional and helpless.

I can't even believe Lowe's still uses Assurant un-insurance creeps! I only know this because after years of going to my wonderful Home Depot store, I had to go to the empty Lowe's location that was low on inventory! That's probably why they call it Lowe's! LOL PLEASE NEVER BUY OR SUPPORT LG APPLIANCES!!! They gave me the runaround forever!!! I needed to feed my family!!! Thank you A-Holes LG & Lowe's!!!
Oh, I forgot to mention that LG was in a class action lawsuit regarding their compressor & Lowe's conveniently didn't let me know!!! Thanks again lower than low Lowe's a-hole Big Box store!!!

What a horrible store this is -- there were more people being paid to hang around at this location then shoppers -- I couldnt get anyone to help me -- everyone is too busy talking to each other to help anyone -- even "check out" people just talk to each other and dont help -- its easy to see why there's self check outs and robots soon to stock -- these paid people -- I dont call workers or employees as they are not -- will replace them. My experience today is exactly why I always Amazon everything.

Great store for home imorivement or home repairs. They have a wide variety of tools, and supplies. You nay have to wait fir an employee to help you find what your looking fir but they carry a wide range of items, appliances, paints, lighting, yard supplies, Cabinets almost anything you want for your home.

BEWARE of the delivery option when ordering online.
I ordered two sets of sliding closet doors through Lowe’s website. I was given only two options to either pick them up at the store or pay for shipping. I chose the latter.
Two weeks later I found a pallet on my driveway with two large heavy boxes on it. I didn’t receive a call/text/email the day before the delivery. Nobody knock at the door or rang the doorbell when they came. Nothing. Nada.
FACTS:
1. Lowe’s is retail business.
2. I paid Lowe’s not their third party shipping company for delivery. If a problem arises, you (Lowe's) are supposed to solve it.
3. If a truck driver needs a forklift to drop off a pallet with two large boxes (130 lbs ea.) on my driveway… how am I (your customer) supposed to get them inside the house myself?
4. How am I supposed to dispose the pallet?
This is not delivery. This is dumping.
I called customer service and spoke with Brandon and Matt, his supervisor. I was told, “It was my fault because I chose to be delivered this way”, “our vendor hired a shipping company, talk to them”, “the products were delivered so the service was rendered”, “most customer can lift those boxes”, etc.
Is this customer service or is it the “let me prove you wrong” department?
Next I went to the Lowe’s Carlsbad store and got Gayle (you're wonderful) to help me get the pallet picked up the next day.
I give the people at the store a 5 star rating for their willing to help. Thank you, Gayle! On the other hand, Lowe’s customer service call center gets a -1 for their ability to keep repeating their corporate script and their inability to listen and provide an actual customer service solution.
