Logicopy has been amazing! Rich answered every single question I had (and I had a LOT) before we signed up with them. Mark is also amazing! During set up, he was highly professional and made sure that we were aware of everything he was doing. He would offer suggestions and would provide workarounds for the things we didn't want to change. We had an issue early on and Mark was able to get out to us and fix it before we opened the next day!
While the copier is definitely a game changer for my small business, the team at Logicopy is what sold me. Not only are they flexible and have amazing communication, they are also very professional and friendly in a way that makes me feel like I can definitely depend on them. :)

Our copier stopped working in the middle of a busy day. A friend recommended to contact Logicopy. They sent a technician and had our copier back up and running within an hour of my phone call. I will have them servicing all my office equipment from now on. Thanks Nate!

Our office had another copier that started with a K and ended with an A. They were a nightmare to deal with. We switched to Logicopy about 5 years ago and never looked back. Our machine is faster, the service is better, and the price is about half of what we were paying before. I can't say enough great things about Logicopy and their staff.

I have a small desktop pulishing business and own an older laser copier/printer. They treat me like I'm a huge operation with many machines! Their service calls are same-day and the technician is always pleasant and considerate and doesn't just fix the current problem, but often checks out things to anticipate any future issues. It's wonderful to be treated like my account is important, despite my modest size.
