Submitted my documents early February this year. Contacted them about a month later for update on when my taxes would be filed. Got a 'yeah, busy right now' answer. A month later finally told us the tax deadline was extended...great for you guys! But the reason I sent in everything early is to file asap. Portal is also a bit clunky. And can't contact CPA directly, have to go through their assistant or receptionist who doesn't know anything about my finances. Poor customer service, will be going elsewhere.
