I was able to purchase a variety of products at low prices. The staff were friendly and kept asking questions and bringing me what I needed.

You'd think the "Levi's Store" would have a good assortment of sizing. I found what I wanted - a pair of 541's, but of course, they had buy one, get 50% off another. Fine, I'll buy two. Of the stone washed looking versions, they only had one pair in my size. I couldn't find another. I settled for a lighter pair and the darker that I liked. Then, when I paid, the receipt read that each pair was 25% off. It's kind of bait and switch in my opinion. Just sell the $70 pair of jeans for 25% off, I'd respect that much more. We also waited a stupid amount of time in line while some lady refinanced her jean purchase or something.....and it was slow in there!

I had a great experience shopping at this store. Bryan helped me with a relentless service and we finally found a suitable trouser for me.Could honestly not have asked for better service than what Bryan provided. Thank you Bryan!

Customer service is mediocre at best. Salesperson 256116 (tall blond girl with short hair) was incredibly rude when I asked for her. After I asked her if she can send someone over if she's busy, she sighed and told me very impatiently, somebody will help you shortly. But she never send somebody down. If you can't treat customers respectfully, you shouldn't be in sales/customer service. What a shame to the store.
