My husband raad always does his shopping here the guy named Zee usually helps him he is very helpful and tries his best to help him he is. Very friendly and he makes you welcome I wish i can give him more then 5 stars ⭐️

, A retail outlet for polo shirts and sports wear for men, women and children; accessories, watches, sunglasses, etc. Staff is helpful. However, it all depends on the customers to choose or buy. Prices should be reasonable; but not at the cost of quality!

She not good for service. I often come here to buy a few gift for my relatives in my hometown. This is the fourth time I have seen her, she’s usually not very nice.

This Lacoste store location has amazing customer service. A nice lady who seemed to be a manager was able to find couple sizes and options for my husband. Corina went out of her way to find the items I needed. I would recommend going on a week day, you are able to get more help.

associate was more eager to kick people out of the store than help. too busy going around telling people what not to do instead of asking what they can do for the customers... been coming to this store for years, never had this worst customer-service.

I was fortunate enough to be helped by the cashier. There was not too much to choose from, I’m a small which I could not compared to XL and up. From 3 racks I was only able to find 3 items that fit me. Overall the customer service was great, very attentive and helpful.

We love Lacoste but this particular store is ridiculous. Whenever we come by the store is closed! At least today they updated the store hours. Not sure how long they plan to maintain these particular hours so I highly recommend calling the store to see if they are open before you make the trip.

As a front line health care worker who has been risking my life for the past year, I received a gift from a thankful cancer patient. I went to the outlet to try to exchange the gift for a different style but the manager blocked this because it has been 31 days instead of 30 days. I asked for an exception since it was difficult for me to get to the outlet as a full time worker. She denied this. I am very disappointed and will never shop at Lacoste again.

Worst experience customer service ever. Went to stores today June 15,2021 at 6:30pm checked out. Bought 7 shirts with the cashier guy check out, asked an extra paper bag, rejected, wish I known his name. At first they were just standing there and stared at customers and didn’t help customers. Was just at 6:30p, tried to rush us to leave. Didn’t happy with customers, didn’t greet with customers.
