We LOVE Kahoots! We love to support local pet shops over the big brand stores. This place is AMAZING. Everyone here is SO friendly and so knowledgeable and helpful. We bring our little dog Nugget in often, it's her favorite place to visit, she gets so excited when we pull up in the parking lot. Everyone here is her best friend!
She has special dietary needs and they have so many options to choose from, many things I can't find anywhere else. We get all of her food, treats, supplements, chew sticks, toys & more from here. All of the home brand treats are a hit with Nugget as well as our friends and family pets we've shared with, and the ingredients are always on point. The store is always clean and they seem to always have programs going on supporting local animals. It's just so near and dear to our hearts!

Used to love going to this store to spoil our cat and dog with treats and toys. We also exclusively bought food from here as we know they have higher quality food for our pets than the other pet stores around us and we trust that we are feeding them the best quality we can. However, a few days ago my partner brought our 11 month old puppy in to pick out a few treats and was on a prong. My partner is trained on how to correct our dog using a prong and it is a very helpful tool when socializing our very high drive puppy. Well, our puppy received a light correction for leaving a task and then a worker accused my partner of abusing our dog for putting a prong on him. While I agree that not every dog can handle a prong and no one should pick one up and start using it without the proper training, my partner was wearing his dog training uniform and knows how to handle a dog on a prong. He left because he didn’t want to deal with a confrontation but we are both upset that a store we trusted to help provide a full and enriching life for our pets would accuse us of such a horrible act. Especially when they sell prongs at the store.

Love going out of my way to bring my pup here. (We live closer to other pet stores) The vibe here is totally different. Everyone is so friendly. They acknowledge you and your pet. In the beginning we would swing by to get vaccinations. There brand of dogfood is great quality.
