Mike was very attentive to my issue. He quickly followed up with my request for phone repair and quickly arrange an appointment with me. He ordered the parts and had my broken screen replaced within 2 days.

We had important photos that weren’t backed up:(. The phone was then driven over and didn’t work. Mike was able to repair the phone and then we were able to retrieve the photos! Totally amazing and an affordable phone repair, only $200. The phone works well again! Mike made the whole process easy and fast! Strongly recommend his service!

My Google Pixel 6 had a battery that had overheated and swelled. They were able to perform the repair and limit the damage that was done to the body of my phone and spare me any extra costs. The representative was extremely kind, friendly, and helpful.

Norman and Mike were extremely helpful in explaining everything to us. I had a battery that had expanded in my laptop that could have easily caught on fire if it wasn't caught when it was. Plus it had ruined 2 speakers and damaged the keyboard somewhat. I received a discount on the second part that needed to be ordered and they worked diligently to get my computer back to me in record time. I will never go anywhere else for phone or computer repair!

We thought all hope was lost and that we’d be stuck with a malfunctioning phone.. but I cannot recommend this location enough! Norman was so friendly, efficient, and diagnosed our issue within seconds! He guided us each step of the way and repaired our phone good as new! Don’t hesitate-run quick for all your iPhone issues!

I recently visited this repair location twice for technical assistance and repair. Mike, the owner, personally helped out and was Outstanding—professional, Personable, and Highly Competent. While many tech repair locations are closer to me, I will continue to make the longer drive, knowing I'm in great hands with Mike and his team.

So I went to this shops to get my phone cleaned and Norman was the gentleman who helped me. He was incredible, right off the bat really friendly and approachable. He helped me make sure my phone was in great condition and I learned what to watch out for on my battery health. Love it glad I came.

The repair shop was great but Asurion/Verizon not so much. For some reason my IMEI was wrong in the assurion website and getting it updated to the correct one was long and challenging. I highly recommend ubreakit though. The tech had patience and got it done as fast as he could and helped to deal with Verizon/ASSurion. Thanks
