When my original State Farm agent retired after more than 50 years, I found Hugh as a replacement and have been completely satisfied. He went through all of my insurance needs and evaluated my policies. Because he took the time, I have already saved several hundred dollars. Service has become a lost art. Obviously, Hugh understands what it means to work for his clients.

Ive been a customer to the Hugh Kollar team for almost a decade. They are fantastic to work with. My favorite aspect is they treat you like family vs just another number. I call in, they know exactly who I am, my account, etc and they can get me answers to my questions or address my problems on the spot. I wish more providers in my life had service like this....

Hugh is the worst agent I have ever dealt with. He accused me to be a liar saying that what I was saying would never happen. I asked if it be researched and called back. I got an email instead of a call. He also told me I was not a got for his office. He has been my agent for over a decade happy to take my money but didn’t even know that I have had my policy with him that long.
