I went there to repair the clasp on a gold chain that has been in my family for a long time. The young lady in the front was very kind when I arrived, took the chain quickly back to the jeweler, and much to my surprise handed it back to me fixed just a few minutes later. They then refused to take my money, said it was something they were happy to do for me free of charge. I will certainly be passing their name along whenever possible and I wanted to leave this glowing 5-star review as well. A wonderful store run by good people. You won't go wrong w/them!

Amazing experience!
Was Iooking for a place to replace the battery on a couple of watches and this place stood out because of all the good reviews. Gave them a call to get an estimate and ask if they could get it done 30 minutes before closing time. They said yes!
Got there and was very well taken care of. They have a very professional setting with a large window looking over at the service area so you can see everything they are doing with your items.
They didn't even charge me for one of the watches that unfortunately had a failed and no longer works. They also offered a complimentary ring cleaning while I was waiting.
Acurate estimate, professional service, friendly people and they have a dog. What's not to like.
Great overall, and will definitely go back to them for any future needs.

Rhonda was very nice and helpful in sizing and polishing my wife’s bracelet. We really liked her positive energy and smiley face that gave us confident shopping at that location.

Every time we go to Gems of La Costa, we are given superb service along with excellent choices. We have had family heirloom jewelry created into more modern looks and the pieces have been beautiful and well made. Rhonda has given us wonderful service and great ideas. We highly recommend this family owned business.

This place is AMAZING. So knowledgeable, helpful, and caring. Came in because my emerald cut diamond was loose in the prongs. It was fixed in 10 minutes and I was sent on my way. They showed me my GIA serial number before taking it back and then showed it to me after as well. LOVE LOVE LOVE this place!!

I was looking to sell some jewelry and a friend recommended Gems of La Costa. Very impressed with service and the beautiful pieces in the store. Had a couple of necklaces repaired and wedding rings re dipped. Will certainly be back. Rhonda was terrific and we shared our love for animals. Our dog was very excited with her new necklace.

We love gems of La costa! I have been using this jeweler since I got engaged in 2017! They are so helpful and have beautiful jewelry. Rhonda and Chad are specifically so helpful and knowledgeable. Rhonda even gave a cute necklace for my dog lol. 10/10 recommend!

My mom had a pearl necklace made by Rhona Bell made from a pearl that was sentimental to her. Rhonda gave her so much personal attention and also cleaned her accumulation of neck chains. They look new. Thank you. Please people go in and see her. She is awesome.

Steve at Gems of La Costa in Plaza Paseo Real could not have been more gracious and helpful. I had a small budget for a Christmas gift and Steve helped to find jewelry that was absolutely perfect. He gift wrapped it in beautiful paper with a bow. I was very happy. so deserving of a 5-star review. I will definitely shop there again.
