I love Four Seasons. I don’t think it’s as on point as most Four Seasons that I have been to. It’s great but the guest experience isnt the same as several others I have been to.

This is a restaurant in the four seasons hotel. It's not a big restaurant but there is also an outdoor patio seating area. The service was excellent and the food was good also. If you were going for a quiet evening to visit probably not the place. It's very loud and hard to have a conversation.

What a lovely place! My friend has a timeshare there and has been coming here for 30 years.The decor is attractive, and I have to say, I loved the electric fireplace.The kitchen had everything one would need. Though I have to say their restaurant is lovely and has excellent food.There is also a small spa.

This was a perfect Valentine's Day lunch. Our Server was ultra attentive... we had wonderful cocktails, delicious appetizers (shown above), great entrees and wine and a light dessert. All in all this was the ideal spot for us on this afternoon... Bravo.

As much as we agree with reviewers that praise the property and the service, we cannot recommend that you buy a timeshare here. We have been owners for over 25 years and every year it’s a challenge to schedule. More than once we’ve lost our week (at a cost of over $3,000) because the Four Seasons oversold the timeshares. We are 17 days into 2024 and as of today there are NO weeks available this year. None. We are currently in the process of selling our share. Tired of losing money because of the greed of the Four Seasons. Too bad because it is a beautiful property with great employees…when you can get it. Beware of buying in no matter what you’re told.

We booked a room with full kitchen and two king beds through Expedia. We even called the desk at the four seasons before paying to verify what we were getting with each of the options. There was a cheaper option that was only a studio with kitchenette and we paid extra for the double king room plus full kitchen because we need more space with our toddler. When we arrived they said "we have you in a studio". I showed them the Expedia receipt that clearly said "double king". They did not care and said it was going to be an extra $100/night to get a room with one king bed, which is less than the double king we booked through Expedia. If a hotel is going to do business with third party booking sites they need to honor what was promised the customer.

Loved our time here at the Four Seasons Reaidence Club! The grounds are kept very nicely, clean, and quiet. Our unit was spacious and well appointed.

What a gorgeous property. We got the adjoining rooms with our adult kids which made our vacation great. Of course the staff was on point like only the Four seasons can do. Private beach for snorkeling and we saw a turtle.

If I could give 10 stars to this resort and experience I would. Alexis and the whole front desk staff was patient and very on top of everything as we had ALOT of check ins. Hunter and Elena at the bar were absolutely STELLAR to our entire wedding party. They were quick and so kind. Other guests were treating them like they were their personal bartenders and being almost impatient, but they continued to both do their jobs with a smile on their faces. The morning ladies Taryn and Isabella were also just amazing. They took such good care of the rambunctious early risers we all were feigning for coffee and breakfast. Last but not least management Jessica, Sydney, just WOW. From bringing the kiddos in our party little fun gifts to just being so understanding and helpful we couldn’t be more appreciative! Far exceeded any of our expectations and made our bride and all our of towners feel so relaxed. It’s going to be hard going anywhere else after this kind of amazing treatment. BEST resort in Carlsbad by far.
