My girlfriend loves this place, and the location is perfect for a nice stroll through town. They always have a good selection and the prices are very reasonable compared to my expectations in the Village. Give this place a try and they can help you find something you’d like!

I've been a loyal shopper at Under the Willow in Temecula. But today I toured the FOUR sister stores in Carlsbad Village: Blues and Shoes, Revolution, Flourish, and The Coolest Shoes in California, ALL owned by a woman who must be amazing. Each sales gal was magnificent: Lexi, Christina, Vivian, Melody, and a great gal at The Coolest Shoes in California whose name I didn't get. They rotate around so they know what the other stores have. I bought so many things including things the gals suggested for me. I even bought a dress (Flourish specializes in dresses of every type), which I haven't done in years. Lexi knew the fit of each dress and made a suggestion that I just loved. Here's the thing: I'm ancient and bought so many cute things. There is literally something for every age and taste .the prices are fantastic. I was in retail for years and I can't say enough about this special group! Thank you so much!

Horrible service — horrible return policy—. Beware cheap clothing over priced— manager very rude like a Karen holding back— overall terrible experience— clothing cheap — Shop Marshall’s better return policy and better clothing!!

They have such cute clothing, shoes and accessories but the customer service alone will have you coming back! The girls working there today were great with my daughter, getting to know her and helping her make a decision on which necklace to pick. My daughter left excited and confident over a simple purchase all because of the kind girls behind the counter who helped her out and lifted her up!

I was in Flourish and the atmosphere was a beautiful vibe of neatly arranged dresses. This boutique is southern Cali at its best . Bright, bohemian, clean and impeccable customer service . Keana and Erika helped me and they were kind, friendly , knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to help me find the perfect floral spring dress! Thank you ladies for your honesty and smiles to brighten up a beautiful Saturday ??

LOVE LOVE LOVE this little shop! It is literally my favorite (my pocketbook says it all LOL)!! Most of my dresses/rompers are from here, and I always seem to find something so unique and adorable! From dresses to jewelry to household items, something always catches my eye. I also love the fact that they have a decent plus size section, so ladies of all sizes are able to enjoy the cute styles sold here. The girls that work here are SO friendly and helpful and make you feel like family. This is a must see store if you are in Carlsbad Village! You won't be disappointed!

Wow!!! I am not one to write reviews, but this store deserves it!! This has been my go to shop for any and all occasions that I need a cute dress for! They have a wide variety of options including a sale rack as well! The customer service is AMAZING!! They are welcoming and treat you like a friend, while answering any questions you may have, and helping you find the perfect dress for any event! I highly recommend shopping here!

Was there today and had a bad experience. The 3 girls working there today in the afternoon were to busy talking about their personal life greet us and never approached us to see if we need helped. I did purchase a necklace for my niece only because she really liked it but will never be shopping here again. The girl at the at the registered never stopped gossiping with the other girls working there while she rang me up.

Be careful of product quality/return policy. My niece purchased a necklace and thankfully we opened it in the store because when we did it was in pieces. That same day I purchased a coat. It wasn’t until I got home from vacay weeks later I went to wear it and saw it had a hole in it. They didn’t have any more of that coat in store but they refused to give me a refund, only an exchange for something else even though they sold me a damaged product.

Lexi is an amazing delightful salesperson and the candles here are so delicious!! They have retro clothes and shoes that are comfy and adorable!! I love this store!! I'm going to try on a few things and get back to you!!

I was able to come visit this shop during a nice little weekend getaway. First off this downtown area is so cute and filled with awesome finds. This shop was very unique with some amazing clothes and accessories. I ended up getting a really pretty silver ring that has a turquoise gem stone. They have these beautiful shoes and bags. They also had a lot of other odds and ends. Highly recommend checking it out!
