Super fun shapes but it seems poor craftsmanship. I've only had this board for a year and had delamination on top as big as my kickpad, two fin boxes completely blew out and lost my fins with them, countless holes in the board and now this hideous discoloration. Tried reaching out to their customer support and they said they would've replaced the board for free if the fin boxes hadn't blown out. They offered me any board I want for $475, but I don't understand how they don't understand that I would be very hesitant to ever buy a FireWire again. If they had replaced it and the replacement was good, all would be forgiven. Like I said super fun shapes, but definitely the worst board I've ever bought. I've never had any of these issues with other brands. Hopefully they'll improve and start taking responsibility for their boards.

I previously had a different board that had some issues and they were nice enough to let me replace it. Thank you Chuy for helping me! My new board is perfect and feels amazing under my feet.

I buy a Firewire seaside (#3736184). With five days of use and in a session of very small waves the leash plug breaks, I claim it to Firewire and it does not cover my warranty, they do not help me. I've had merrick, J.s, Lost, Full&cas, etc, and I've never had any problems. I never buy Firewire again, they are nice but poor quality

Customer service non existent, sales team M.I.A., ordered a board in a specific color and was delivered something completely different with zero remedy to fix it beyond sales member saying “well I guess this batch color was different”
