I've been with the fantastic Filipovitch and company for nearly forty years. With the founder now enjoying a well earned retirement, and the business handed on to the next generation of outstanding CPAs, not a beat has been missed. Whether you work with Kathy, Doug or anyone else in the office you will receive outstanding courtesy and a level of professionalism too uncommon any more. If you're looking for trustworthy professionalism, I would not recommend you take your business here. I had a similar experience as other new clients with broken promises, lack of communication, calls and emails not being returned, and tax returns not being done by the deadline. This was the most unprofessional treatment I've ever experienced by an accounting firm.

I brought in my all my tax documents 4 weeks prior to taxes being due and didn't give me my results until the day taxes were due. He told me he was going to file and extension which should of been avoided in the first place since they had my paperwork for almost 4 weeks. They still have all my paperwork and have not returned my w-2's or all the rest of my tax documents. I had to find a new accountant the next day and ended up paying a penalty. I would advise against going to them if you are a new client.

Evan was referred to us and said he could complete our taxes. We dropped off our paperwork and he waited til the day taxes were due to get back to us and said he needed to file an extension. Very unprofessional and still have not heard from him or his team.

Evan and team were referred to me by a close friend as I was seeking a new team after years with someone else. I really didn't know what good Customer Service (Cs) and Customer Experience (Cx) until I met Evan and his Team. I am so pleased with their Bookkeeping Services (Cathy and Team) and the Tax Preparation Services, (Evan and Cynthia etal). Very pleased!
