I used to think Fedex was fabulous. But, my most recent experience has made me realize Fedex quality is not as it was a decade ago.Furthermore, I think there is some organized criminal activity going on since they seem to lose packages (delivered to the wrong location) that they know have technology inside or something easy to resell. That's not just my opinion, the company I ordered from has the same impression.I had a package that was scheduled for delivery early in March. Tracking said it was delivered but the picture of the delivery location wasn't my house. I called within 2 hours to alert them.Day after day trying to communicate back and forth with useless Fedex Customer service. They know the GPS location of the misdelivery. They finally said sorry, contact the sender. The sender says Fedex just tells them it was delivered--so no help to the sender either.Luckily the sender re-shipped but this time we did signature required. I'm also sitting at my front door for 5 hours so far....because that's how untrustworthy Fedex is. Not the same Fedex as the old days. Zero customer service. Zero help over the phone. Avoid if possible.I also discovered that the misdelivered package had been handled by Fedex Ground out of Oceanside. The sender then sent the replacement via Fedex Express Signature Required. I learned from this experience:A. I will request signature required for all future deliveries.B. You can track the truck every 5 minutes when it was out for delivery. I took a picture every 5 minutes of that screen tracking....because once it's delivered, your ability to see the map tracking disappears. You can no longer see where the truck was when it was nearby your home.

Always a positive experience at this location. I could've have conveniently gone to UPS or the USPS. I LOVEEE the people that work here. Love seeing the diversity too which is not uncommon for FEDEX.The staff always take time to get the price for shipping gifts to family friends.Wendy is awesome!

Had to make an international return. It was a bit a confusing since we had to print a few copies of papers for customs. The guy was very helpful in packaging and double checking we did everything right. Would recommend for your shipping needs.

Fed ex has really made my life hard very many times . I even thought about suing I think I'm going to . First I had an iPhone 11 new come they gave to the wrong house . The drivers sign by the way . Then I had a new Fitbit went to wrong house , then a few months later an Apple Watch once again delivered to the wrong house . Now this time I had an important package over nighted they couldn't seem to deliver it to me at all for two weeks ! It was sent back to shipper. It was an empty box ! For my beats to go back for warranty purpose . Fed ex can't even get me an empty box ! Because of them I had phones stolen and watches taken now I'm stuck with broken head phones ! Enough is enough ! Who is employees here ? I call fed ex they have no answer for why ?!

Since FedEx distribution Center is so evasive and, which falls in line with their lousy customer service, I want to make it clear that I am complaining about the delivery driver for my area who almost hit me in Ramona!The driver was coming down a private dirt road and I put my hand up to stop him and indicated I wanted to speak with him, so he slow down. When I walked over to the driver side, he peeled out, nearly hitting me with the mirror on the side door. When I called the generic 800 number for FedEx to file a report several days ago, I did not feel that the report would go anywhere. After all, the 800 number goes to a foreign country And that call-center relays the information to the office that is responsible for the complaint I assume.

The people from this facility didn't bother knocking or ringing the door bell each of the times they "attempted to deliver" to my place. After the second attempt, I followed the instructions on the delivery sticker on my door and signed the back of it as signature authority for delivery. For the third attempt, they didn't even bother reading the signature I made on the sticker they left and instead placed another delivery sticker.The positive reviews with 5-star ratings must've been made by trolls, fake accounts, or NPCs, and add no real value.

Awful and unreliable! The packages are just tossed on side walk and your lucky to get your package delivered within a month!! Do not trust FED EX on any item you wish your loved ones to receive

Our office building and business are still open as Critical Infrastructure. For the past two months we have had seven different FedEx employees walk into our building, all not wearing masks. Each time I call FedEx to report employees I get a broken promise that the issue will be resolved, the behavior will be corrected, it won't happen again and I will be getting a follow up phone call from a supervisor. Twice this WEEK we had FedEx employees waltz in, disregarding the signs posted on our door.DELIVERIES & SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS ONLY. NO MASK, NO ENTRY.and our second sign, made special for FedEx after the second incident occurred - Attention FedEx: Must wear mask to enter. Thank you.I have previously been able to call FedEx, get the "delivery hub" the driver came from based on the tracking number and then report the incidents to our County's Covid-19 Health & Safety Code compliance. I called today, and was denied that information.So first, FedEx isn't enforcing masking wearing policies for their employees.Second, they are getting complaints and calls about the ongoing issues, then doing nothing.Third, they have now taken away the ability for victims to have Health and Safety Guidelines enforced.FedEx isn't just delivering your packages and important paperwork, they're also delivering Covid-19 directly to your door. Everything on FedEx.com about covid-19 and their safety standards is a lie. Every employee that works at their call center that says they're going to make sure this is resolved is a liar. Every FedEx employee that refuses to wear a mask and makes deliveries is a a potential super spreader and murderer.Shame on FedEx. Amazon, UPS and USPS do not have this problem.
