They are wonderful people to work with! Over the last year and a half we've worked with Alexa on my mother in law's estate jewelry. The complete process was seamless and stress free. Every time they sold a piece Alexa would call me and I received a check with a statement describing the piece that was sold along with the dollar amount.We also turned in gold jewelry that wasn't sellable for cash. Their consignment selection is amazing and they also do repairs!! We've had a few items repaired and they do a fabulous job! Would highly recommend no matter what your jewelry needs may be!

Familiars Jewelers did a great job. They repaired two pieces of Jewelry. Very knowledgeable and helpful. The prices were fair and competitive. I will go back the next time I purchase fine jewelry.

Phenomenal experience buying an engagement ring. The entire staff was excellent, I specifically worked with Annie throughout the entire buying process. She was professional, down to earth, flexible and provided excellent guidance throughout. She helped us get exactly what we wanted by maximizing quality and staying within budget. We have every intention on returning for any jewelry needs.

This review is so long overdue. My husband wanted to upgrade my ring for our 10 year anniversary and it was not surprising to find out when looking at styles that I have expensive taste lol. All the art deco rings I liked online were far outside of our budget. We really wanted something that stood out- not just a cookie cutter design. We almost gave up on the idea but decided to talk to Rita at Famulare about designing a ring based on the styles we liked online. They were so helpful walking us through the process of making the resin mock ups (and dealing with my lack of imagination / being able to picture what the final would look like lol). We did 3 mock up versions before moving forward and the ring came out so beautiful. They worked with our budget offering different size/ quality diamonds etc. I can't wait to go back and have them create a necklace setting from my old stone.

I am so impressed with the great quality and very reasonable cost of the jewelry repair work here. Great care and craftsmanship was taken to add a diamond to an existing ring that I'd not worn in years... now it's my "new" favorite! I appreciate all the helpful and friendly staff.

This is a cute local business with outstanding, personal service. I've purchased multiple items from Annie, both for myself and as gifts. Annie is amazingly talented in finding items that really fit my style and within my budget. She doesn't push you to buy something just to sell it to you. She listens and learns about you as a person, then recommends something that you will love!

Always fantastic customer service here! Have bought quite a few chains and bracelets for my sons here and Annie always takes care of us. Have also purchased rings and charms. When Annie is not there, all of the other girls have been super helpful and kind as well. Would definitely recommend Famulare for your jewelry wants/needs!
