Love the F45 Carlsbad Village family! Been working out here for two years and have made so many friends and gotten in the best shape of my life, all while having fun! The workouts and coaches are all great, the owner cares about the space and is always there. I am stronger than ever and love the community feel! You start to see people you work out with all around town and it’s just an overall and positive environment! I also love that the workouts are all set up for you, only 45 minutes (except Saturday is an hour) so you can get in and out easily! I love dropping into a noon class during the week in between conference calls and getting it done! 💪

I could not love it here more! As a mom of five that also works, this is the best gym for me both physically and mentally. I just have to show up! Everything is ready for me and I get the best work out in! Dana, the owner, is an absolute sweetheart, and all of the trainers are amazing (extra shoutout to Kristin and Carmelo!!🙌) I am so grateful for the trainers always pushing me and helping to fix my form so I continue to stay motivated and get stronger. There is always a great vibrant (never obnoxious) energy in the room from both the trainers and the other members. My favorite, and easily the best gym in Carlsbad and all of north county! Thank you F45 Carlsbad Village!

After becoming a mama I put my health on the back burner. It took me almost three years to realize I needed to be healthy and strong for my son. I found f45 and it was exactly what I needed. I’ve now been going for almost a year and I’m feeling stronger than ever. The best thing is that my son sees me working hard and is learning how important it is to take care of your body! Everyone here is so supportive and makes working out fun. Even though it’s hard hard work! Thank you f45. I love you. ☺️

I have been to several F45 gyms across San Diego county and Carlsbad Village is the best of the best. The owner has been in the fitness industry for many years and understands that the small details make a big difference. She hires amazing instructors that give modifications and form checks throughout class, the space is impeccably clean, the equipment is taken care of and disinfected after every class, the bathrooms and showers are always clean and stocked, I could go on and on! However, the most important part is how welcome you feel in this F45. You are taken in as part of the crew when you walk through the doors. Coming to this gym is my favorite way to start the day!

Been going to this F45 for over a year now. I have gained so much strength and energy. And in conjunction with nutrition, I’ve lost 20lbs. The schedule is very convenient to get in a class in the morning or evening…….. and lunch time! Classes are only 45 mins and you leave feeling very worked out! All the trainers are awesome, the studio is bright and has good AC/fans, music is great and everyone always makes you feel like you belong there.

Each day when I get off a busy day of selling houses in Carlsbad, I bring my absolute best to go get a good work out in to stay in top physical shape. I can assure you the community, the staff, the equipment and the vibes are at an all time HIGH at this location, ABSOLUTELY LIFE CHANGING!.
You ever seen that movie Valentine's Day?
You know in the end when Jamie Foxx goes back into the workplace to see Jessica Biel standing there semi lonely. Then he rolls up, grabs her by the hips, pulls her in, kisses her to prove and confess his love simultaneously.
That's what it feels like going to Carlsbad Village F45.
In this example F45 is Jamie Foxx and I'm Jessica Biel. Getting embraced, swaddled, and kissed.
Shoutout Ana, Carmelo, Kristin, Mercedes, Aneykah, and Kara.
But an absolutely massive shoutout to Dana.
She's by far the best F45 owner on the planet. No doubt better than the others. Deserves a raise and life abundant.

I bought a one month unlimited membership since I was in the area for a short period. I truly enjoyed going to this location. All the coaches are great and corrected me if I need it. The gym is very clean and all equipment is in great condition. Will definitely be back in the future.

Joining F45 has been one of the best decisions I've made for my health and fitness. The trainers are knowledgeable and motivating, and the community of members is incredibly supportive. The workouts are challenging but fun, and I leave every class feeling accomplished and energized. The owner Dana is awesome and so welcoming.
The facilities are always clean and well-maintained, and the equipment is top-notch. I appreciate the attention to safety and proper form, which has helped me prevent injuries and improve my overall fitness level.
The F45 app is also a fantastic resource, with detailed workout descriptions and progress tracking features. The team at F45 really goes above and beyond to create a positive and effective fitness experience.
I highly recommend F45 to anyone looking for a challenging and rewarding workout program in a supportive and welcoming environment. Thank you, F45, Dana and all the trainers!

Great place to work out! I was there Memorial Day of this year and the trainer, Westin, was patient and encouraged the few of us who were there. I highly recommend for anyone looking to get in a quick, effective workout.
