I was so impressed with the service I received from Rebecca. I was always afraid to walk in this store as I'm full figured and over 50. I convinced myself I would not fit in anyting in the store. I was wrong. I purchased two suits. I could not of done it without the honest but kind feedback from Rebecca. I will be back again. Thank You for having a variety of size selections and for hiring people that are kind and compassionate.

I decided to go in because I was headed to Hawaii and decided to do the most dreaded task any woman has to do. TRY ON BATHING SUITS! The minute I walked in Dawn and I just clicked. She let me take over an hour and try on every suit in the place!! she gave me tips and tricks. When I left I had two suits which looked great!! One makes my boobs look better than ever!! I'm enjoying my time looking hot in Hawaii. Highly recommend going to the Carlsbad location. Had a great time, and who can say that about trying on bathing suits at 57!

Had the best experience while shopping here! Dawn was the absolute best!! She provided exceptional customer service, listened to my needs and was extremely patient, She took time to ensure I was well taken care of and she exceeded my expectations! The service here was amazing! I usually have a terrible time finding bathing suits I like and that fit me, but with the help from this store's staff (Dawn and two other women), I found three bathing suits I loved. They paid attention to my needs and presented me with many options. I would recommend them!

I am headed on vacation soon and was facing the dreaded chore of going swimsuit shopping beforehandI had looked online and at the local mall for a swimsuit and did not find anything even close to what I was looking for so I looked online and found your store on Calle Barcelona in Carlsbad 92009When I arrived in the store I was greeted by Dawn Caplette who was just finishing with another customer Dawn came over and we chatted about what I was looking for, some sizing, color, etc. She selected a couple of suits to show me and they were exactly what I had in mind! This shopping trip was starting to feel a whole lot better now :)Dawn said to look around to see if there was anything else I might want and she would set me up in a dressing room I found some cover-ups to try and headed into the dressing room where Dawn had placed 9 suits for me to consider along with 2 canvas bags. One for hangers and one for the suits I didn't want. How nice was that!I ended up purchasing not one but 2 suits and a cover-up due to Dawn's keen sense for helping and dressing women Dawn was friendly, body image positive and thoughtful so by the time I left I felt like I had made a friendI will definitely be back

I really dislike shopping for swimsuits the older I get. It’s harder and harder for me to find a flattering suit. I was happy I came to Everything but Water to help me with this! Selena was super attentive and made something I was dreading fun! Thanks for all of your help!

Service at time of purchase was excellent. The woman was very helpful-- wish I could recall her name now as she was very supportive helping me find a suit for my new mom body.The quality of the suit however, is highly disappointing especially given the cost. After only wearing it twice and 1 wash cycle, the decorative threading came loose. Sadly, they don't stand behind their product and did not allow an exchange for the same item since it's been 1.5 months since purchase (they only allow within 21 days). The young woman I spoke to when I called the Carlsbad store did not seem to care and seemed eager to get me off the phone saying it was company policy. Will not be returning

I had an amazing time at Everything But Water! My shopping experience was so fun because Dawn & Selena were so extremely kind & helpful. They knew exactly what brands to recommend and helped me find pieces that I absolutely love! I don't like shopping & I actually didn't want to leave the store because of how enjoyable the whole experience was! This is my new spot for swimwear!!!! Thank you Dawn & Selena!!!!

Terrible customer service, wasn't greeted upon arriving at the store. Was shopping around for 10-15 minutes and not acknowledged at all. I came here hoping to find a new seafolly bathing suit since it was advertised they carried the brand but couldn't locate any item.

Consistently poor customer service. Today was no different.Closed for two days without updating Google listing. I can appreciate a refresh but maybe poor planning by management to close at 3pm at the start of swimsuit season.Decent quality swimsuits but limited inventory , mostly mom type swimsuits. The website has better options but they have a short return window so not always conducive to returns if you travel or work and with their surprise limited hours.Poor lighting and dirty dressing rooms. The fashion valley location is much better if you have time for the drive I would do that!

Alyssa and Chloe were absolute GEMS helping me pick out suits for my trip to Thailand. They found every possible option that worked for my body and skin tone, and set them all up. They were so kind when I was trying them on and were super honest about what looked good, and what looked better. I'd definitely go back and recommend anyone shop here for their next swimsuit

A long overdue review - what an amazing place! The customer service was out of this world! Bathing suit shopping can be really demoralizing, but the staff are amazing, kind, knowledgable professionals that really take the time to make sure you find a suit that makes you feel really confident. Absolutely a wonderful experience (and I've never said that shopping for bathing suits before). Thanks so much! :)

Tried on 4 swimsuits, bought 4 swimsuits…a first. Alyssa was very helpful, very body positive and encouraging, and helped me get over any anxiety I may have felt when I walked in. What is normally a dreadful experience was a really good one.
