Emergency Packout Co. did an amazing job packing and removing all items on the main floor of our house, once the required repairs where made to our house Emengency Packout Co. returned all items in good condition in a timely manner. we are very pleased with their performance. The staffing at this company is very professional, polite and made every effort to please the customer.

I was forced to move out of my condo due to a drainage pipe leak causing substantial damage.The team that came to my home along with the storage team in Carlsbad were always friendly and very helpful.When “pack in” occurred, a team arrived and placed items carefully in my home.If any damage occurred during this move, Emergency Packout, took care of the problem.Very courteous customer service.

When I had my flooding in my house, they were quick to pack up all my belongings. But once I received my items back I realized how ridiculously expensive, wasteful and careless there were with my items. They misplaced my drone and carelessly lost my son's first cut that shouldn't been wrapped up but was not. There so many boxes that were not full or 2 were taped together instead using a bigger box, so they could charge more. Luckily my insurance covered these costs but the total cost of packing up my items and storing them for a few months was equivalent to the restoration of my whole house. If it were to happen again, I would definitely not be using this company.

Our story is like many others who are put in this position. A flood forces you out of your home and your left wondering what to do next. Fortunately, for us, we were referred to emergency Pack Out company, and they came through with flying colors! From the very first contact we had with Armando to the very last hand shake from Adam after finishing our complicated move we were blown away with the professionalism and genuine care that was displayed from every employee that we were in contact with.We literally cannot say enough good things about this company!

The team was punctual, professional, and they handled all of our belongings with a lot of care. They had an amazing sorting system! Very happy with their work and their friendly manner. Would recommend Emergency Packout to anyone needing packing/unpacking services.

The staff were thorough in packing out furniture after the house fire, including stopping at a different location to pick-up other items. After storage, the crews were quite helpful in unloading and staging the furniture. Packout even took unwanted items for donation saving us the effort and time.

I recently used the services of Emergency Packout. Armando was my first contact and he was very friendly, helpful and professional. He advised that they will come pack up and pack back all belongings.Next step was the Packout. I had the privilege of meeting and working with Osmar Ruiz. He was an absolute hero! I had no worries of the handling of my goods because Osmar and his crew of about 8 treated things like they were their own! On the pack back, I again, was happy to see Osmar again! I was also greeted by another Project Manager, Clara Juarez. She, too, was very conscientious with the handling of my goods. Anything I needed your crews were at the ready. Offering to put things away, help unpack, move anything I needed. It was a seamless transition. I would highly recommend your company!!

Update: I am updating my original 1 star review because Armando went to great lengths to remedy my situation. EPC sent a new crew of friendly workers to sort and re-organize my closets. They had someone come out and fix the scrapes on my bed frame, and lastly I was reimbursed for my damaged fireplace. I understand people have "off" days and that must have been what I experienced. I am only rating the service recovery that was given. I am grateful to everyone who came out to help. My communication and "pack-up" was fantastic. It was the pack-back that I would never recommend. If using EPC please make sure they send an experience crew to put your belongings back in place. Thank you Armando for all of your efforts.

When a pipe breaks and floods your home, your only hope to navigate the shock is to surround yourself with capable and competent crews. Packout far exceeded our expectations. Professional staff packed our furniture and belongings. They were equally competent in placing our goods and furniture back after all the construction was completed. We would recommend them to anyone going thru a similar experience.

I recently found myself working directly with Andre and his team sorting through and moving my belongings. He and his team were kind, helpful and extremely professional. Each person on the team has their role to play in a well oiled system of efficiency and respect. I cannot recommend them any more highly. A stressful situation turned into an efficient and dare I say fun day of banter and thoroughness. Thank you!
