I went to this chevron this past week. It is one of the cleanest chevron stations I have ever been to. Whoever's in charge of keeping it clean is doing an amazing job!

Has the cleanest gas station bathrooms I've seen so far! You can tell they are intentional about the cleanliness of their bathrooms. I've seen gas station stores that look clean or fairly decent and then you go to the bathroom and it looks like a traphouse bathroom. So Chevron, thank you and phenomenal job serving your customers with clean facilities!!

Self-checkout! So, I recently used to work for the Chevron in La Habra up in Orange County. But I've never seen a little kiosk for transactions before. Neat! But I couldn't get my app to scan. The employee was really helpful in explaining why sometimes the 10 cents gets charged for redeeming extras. She thinks it's when you have 2 extras, but in my experience as a cashier, the system is a little broken. It doesn't always register every item as a shield, and I've noticed there are notes on the bottom of the receipt like imported card and stuff like that. The bottled water is great, and I've yet to try everything, but I do miss the Bosco pizza sticks. Nevertheless, I love Chevron and the ATM that links with Capital One. I will be coming back for the EMEs at the end of this month for sure. This location is a decent size and I'm glad they had more than one employee because my store only had one per shift.

I've been to 7 Chevrons in the area between 1 and 2 am just to see which was actually open 24 hours including the convenience stores on sight. Out of the 7 only one actually advertised that they were closed from 10pm to 5am. Out of the remaining 6 none, and I'll stress NONE of the convenience stores were open either inside or through a night window. One that I visited had a guy inside the store walking around while smoking a cigarette. When asked through the window whether or jot they were open 24 hours he replied, without removing the lit cigarette from his mouth, a simple no. In my opinion, advertising that you are open 24 hours but are not, unless you count using the pumps with a credit or debit card which discriminates against people wanting to pay with cash, a 24 hour business. its called false and misleading advertising and becomes conspiracy to commit fraud when customer damages are incurred in form of financial loss from making the drive to the alleged 24 hour station. One star because the place was closed so only the gas which was way over-priced could be reviewed. Note that I have NEVER been to a 7Eleven that was closed. Honest advertising there.

The d*** little girl behind the counter refused to sell my wife scratchers because I was standing next to her and didn't bring an ID in with me. I can't even remember the last time I was asked to show my ID for alcohol let alone scratchers. We are both clearly well over the age of 18. It was my wife's card we took money out with to purchase and she used her ID and the cashier still refused service and had major attitude. Unfortunately because of her terrible customer service skills we will never return to this gas station.

ANOTHER CLOSED BATHROOM SIMPLY BECAUSE OF LAZINESS! Using the excuse of CV to close public restrooms shows the quality of people running the business as well as the quality of the business! Humans did not have to stop using the restroom due to some joke of a hoax! This is a disservice to the public and should be banned as unlawful! I am passing through from Del Mar and will make sure to never stop here again and spend my $! Not to mention the lazy af 4 Latina women that can't hear anything or do anything standing behind the counter like they don't have a bladder like the rest of society!

I came in around noon on Wednesday 9/23 to get a couple fountain drinks and Carolina instantly started shouting at me and barking rude orders as if we were to know the COVID fountain drink rules. She needs to learn basic customer service skills and kindness.

Simple shout out to the two gentlemen working last night @5:40ish when i needed propane exchange. Not super upbeat, but efficient and at least they knew they did propane exchanges, unlike the Vons employees in same shopping unit. Decent price also. Beets the Shell next to them far as price and customer service..

The gas is so overpriced here... (what is "Techron?!?" It is certainly not worth the amount they charge for the additive to their own "formula," which do not cause your vehicle to perform any better than regular discount gas...I don't appreciate the gimmicky excuse to price gouge customers... Also, when a disabled customer asks for full service and there is more than one employee on duty, state law requires that this service be provided at self service prices...I worked at a gas station years ago and we were taught this in our orientation training...perhaps this place didn't get the memo...but I've known several disabled individuals who have asked for this service and been treated like they were demanding something unreasonable, and a few have been outright denied...it's unfortunate that this station doesn't feel the law applies to them. It's definitely made me rethink my patronage. They're not the only gas station in town, and unless you are are on empty, it's worth a drive down the road to another station. There are many who actually care and help disabled customers and are also ignorant of the law...which means they're just decent people who care and are helpful because they want to be, not because they're compelled by the law to do so. That's even cooler than having a staff that follows the law...because you've got a staff with humanity. In the absence of that, there should at least be staff that

She greeted each customer with professionalism, a genuine smile, and with passion for customer service; an obvious in her every stride. Thank you Martha for the amazing customer service and for helping me finish my work day with a smile. Please recognize Martha for standing out in the best way!!! Thank you!

My parents have only gone to chevron gas stations and since I started driving chevron is the only gas station I've gone to. But I know for a fact I will not be going back to this one! They have the worst customer service and the staff are very rude.
