I like this CVS venue here - neatly organized, clean and employee staff are helpful and polite. A big shout out to Kenny who helped me locate items that were not obvious and for excellent customer service.

This one star is specifically for the manager on duty at this branch on 3/5/204 at 12:30 pm. This store double charged me for a purchase at the pharmacy. While the pharmacist tried to help me figure it out, she needed to transfer to the manager. After several minutes on hold, the manager got on and told me he could not look up these charges and I needed to call a 1-800 number for CVS to have them look up the charges at this particular retail outlet. When I asked for an explanation of this, he asked me who exactly by name that I spoke with at the pharmacy, and when I went in. I couldn't answer this because I didn't make this purchase so I wouldn't be able to give him these details.
I would give two stars though for the fact that one of my prescriptions has been on hold for 5 days with no call or text from CVS Pharmacy. They have now changed the prescription to one that is actually available only after I called them. And, this new prescription is far more expensive. So yeah.

I've been coming to this location for years because of its proximity to home. There has ALWAYS been an issue with not having OTC meds in stock. Most recently they've adopted a new policy of not having a cashier in the front. If you have alcohol or a problem with self check out you have to page someone. There are no signs stating this so you just have to know to press a button. I found this out after sitting up front with no service several times and ultimately having the pharmacy check me out. Thier prices are extremely high so it's ridiculous not to offer a cashier being available without paging them! All about the profits I guess...

This pharmacy never, and I say never, gets my prescription right. To make things worse they are almost always grumpy. I get that it may not be an easy work environment, but management needs to address this. To see how it's done correctly, spend 15 minutes at the Vons pharmacy 1/2 mile away. There, people helping customers are always friendly and very helpful.

This branch’s pharmacy staff not very helpful in providing solutions or proactive communication. As long as you don’t have any problems or pharmacy needs …the staff is nice and the store has almost anything you need.

Not sure why this place has so many bad reviews. I had an urgent request that I called about and Sal grabbed the item and had it at the front waiting for me. He was super personable, very kind, and helpful to everyone that was in the store when I was checking out. I would hire him as an employee for anything customer facing - he was great!

Every time I get my prescription filled here they fill it with the wrong medication and then tell me it’s basically the same thing as my prescription when it is 100% not (and a 5 second google search would tell you it’s not). They don’t fill prescriptions on time ever. All but two of the people I have spoken with in the pharmacy department are super rude. This time they actually deleted my prescription and they couldn’t tell me why or how they deleted it, but they put it on me to call my doctor and get it fixed.Update: 8 months later and they still fill my prescription wrong every time.

I want to leave a review for a CVS worker. My son forgot his earphone for his class, so we stopped by CVS at the last minute before his school started. We asked a worker who was on duty, and she helped us find the right earphone quickly. Thanks to her, I was able to drop him off at his school on time and purchase the correct earphone. We are glad we chose CVS; it's convenient and offers a great selection, along with excellent service like this.

The absolute worst people on the planet!! I get my prescriptions here because they have a drive thru so I never have to go inside. I have COVID so I came to pick up plaxovid. I planned on going through the drive-through so that I wouldn't infect anyone. The sign said Covid Testing only. And it was closed. How stupid is that first of all they would rather have people that have Covid for sure come inside the store, then go through the drive-through. What the heck . So I had to walk inside with my pajamas on, and no shoes. I have never done that and the rude, cruel evil patrons of that store literally snickered at me. Every employee was rude wouldn't answer my questions ... etc... They told me in the most sarcastic and rude way that my Doctor called in the dosage wrong. I called my Doctor and asked him to call the pharmacy back, and me and said he's been on hold for over 15 minutes and they have an answered. I am about to cry. I don't know if anyone reading this has ever had Covid and had a really bad reaction to it but I have. I have nobody to pick up my prescriptions for me. They don't deliver prescriptions to me on Sundays anyway never thought it would be such a horrible experience but every time I go there there's a problem and the people there are so rude. I hope nobody ever has to pick up a prescription when they are actually ill. I'm sure they will be happy to know that I will never be back.

Oh my gosh so I went in to the store there was nobody working on the floor to help there were no cashiers and only Pharmacy you could see people working this is the worst store unfortunately that I've ever been to

Efficient and everyone is nice! So different from the other cvs we used to go to on the other side of the mountain range.

Staff is always friendly and nice and the store is usually neat and tidy but giving it a 4 star vs 5 because pricing is missing on ALL seasonal items! Kinda inconvenient ?

very rude and started taking walk-ins when i had made an appointment so now i’m been waiting in the waiting area for the past 2 hours.
