I echo the sentiment of Cris C's review. These are recurring problems, and no one at the pharmacy takes responsibility or cares to solve the problem. How can they run out of prescriptions and not inform the customer, especially if it's a time sensitive prescription like antibiotics? How can they offer you to call your doctor on your behalf and forget and then turn around and blame you? It's a joke for a company that says their purpose is "We listen, show empathy and deliver innovative solutions that serve people's unique needs and earn their loyalty." In reality, they don't listen. They don't show empathy. They don't deliver solutions. They don't deserve our loyalty.

I'm not sure what the problem is here but they routinely don't have the prescription medicines you need. They do not notify that they don't have it. They don't use the app. They don't process insurance correctly if at all. They don't contact your doctor for auto refills as Walgreens does. They are either understaffed, mismanaged or both. They are surly probably because everyone is complaining incessantly. Can't take a chance again to not have prescriptions! This is everything from antibiotics, cough medicine, heart medicine, post surgery pain med not in stock! Stuff you need when you need it without a hassle. While it's a drive, we have moved everything to Walgreens in Encinitas. Too bad as this location is much closer. Maybe if enough people move CVS corporate will fix the problem.

The worst customer service ever. I would never go here. Staff is so rude. It makes no sense to make an appointment and then the store gets it deleted so they cannot help. Never go here if you expect to be treated professionally.

Nice pharmacy in the neighborhood. Olivia and Athena are really nice and professional, timely and helpful whenever I go. I was amazed at their composure when two customers who were the rudest people I've ever seen were cussing them out today. They continued to be nice, despite all the personal insults. There was also a pharmacist I don't know her name who was being yelled at, but they really never broke their calm composure and kindness.

The CVS Pharmacy in Bressi Ranch, Carlsbad is terrible! We have repeatedly tried to give them opportunities to grasp the concept of customer service and they continue to fail in achieving the minimum acceptable standard. My doctor submitted a new prescription, critical for my health, and the CVS Pharmacy ignored it. When I called to confirm the prescription, they had taken no action to fill the prescription. Once we got the situation sorted out, which was very difficult, they informed me that they do not have the medication in stock. That's the second time they were unable to fill a prescription in a timely manner. The pharmacy technicians lack professionalism, proper courtesy, and motivation to serve their paying customers. Had this been an isolated incident, I might be able to accept it, but there is a pattern of poor customer service and bad attitudes. We will never do business with CVS again. On the contrary, Walgreens Pharmacy performs at a very high level of customer service, responsibility, and calls to ensure prescriptions are maintained current and they deliver.Adios CVS...thank you Walgreens!

Incompetent staff and drive thru is always closed. Even during advertised hours they seem to do what they want and close earlier than hours posted. Prescriptions are never ready even after getting text alerts my doctor called multiple times and I still was unable to get my medications filled the pharmacist is rude and unknowledgeable and unwilling to help. I really hope they get bought out by Walgreens I really hate CVS Pharmacies and the same incompetent careless staff is at every other CVS as well.

I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but their signs outside have the wrong hours. Pharmacy closes 2 hours sooner than what is posted. Some staff are unfriendly. Would not recommend CVS or this location :/

This was a very busy pharmacy and it’s great that it’s also open later in the evening. Staff was very friendly, efficient and courteous! Wait time was very short even though they were extremely busy.

So this is the "Alice In Wonderland CVS" because it's tucked aways in the northeast corner of this large shopping center in Bressi Ranch. I seriously never even knew it was here and finding its location is like falling down a rabbit hole. On weekdays there's always plenty of parking in this huge lot however on weekends it can get pretty busy since there's a Sprouts and a few restaurants in the same center. I've never seen this CVS really busy and it still seems likes it's still brand new. Everything inside is super clean and the employees have always been friendly with great service. The Pharmacy here is first rate and the staff is very attentive, efficient, and cordial. The Pharmacist at this CVS gives the BEST shots! They are truly pain free and precise. She totally knows her stuff and also has great people skills to put you at ease. Today I got both my Flu shot in one arm and my Covid BIVAL in the other and, you know what? There was no blood on the bandaids afterwards. She knew the perfect spot on my deltoids to target! She jolly well could be teaching a phlebotomy class. When I got my other booster here six months ago it was the same story. I've had some shots where I've bled out like a f'ling stuck pig and had black and blue marks on my arm. Yeesh! So when you go through the looking glass and come here for your vaccines know this-#1 The cell phone reception in this shopping center is totally dismal and there is no wifi. You'll save a lot of time and frustration by checking-in directly at the pharmacy rather than sitting in your car and trying to check-in on your phone! #2 The BEST time to come here is before 10 am on a weekday. There's seldom a line at the Pharmacy during that time period and everyone is chill. #3 They don't give you a lollipop after your shots but that shouldn't be a deal breaker. I mean, can you tell that I like getting shots? For, as the Cheshire Cat says, "Now I growl when I'm pleased, and wag my tail when I'm angry. Therefore I'm mad."

Dr Berry is so very kind, knowledgeable and professional! I can’t say enough good thing about her as an ENT physician.

Yes... that bad. Not only do they take forever to fill a prescription they are rude every time. I wish the location was not convenient. I have had so many bad experiences there and I don't understand why they continue to be rude and unprofessional.
