Horrible experience. I buy a new set of tires and set an appointment for the next day. When I arrive the employee greets me with attitude and says I don’t have an appointment. Why would I buy tires and NOT setup an appointment??? They finally get me in after a back and forth. When they finally swap my tires they forget one of my hubcaps. Of course when I call they give me the workaround.

They gave me a appointment two weeks out for 7:45 in the morning on a Sunday I show up they don’t acknowledge me when I ask him about it he says he needs a supervisor in order to do my tires and he doesn’t acknowledge that I have an appointment. I guess I’ll be buying my toilet paper and food products from Walmart or Sam’s and my tires from a reputable tire dealer

The worst Costco Tire location. The people who worked there don't care and don't do a good job. First, they put different sizes and colors of tire air caps, and they put a chip in my two rims. When I was telling them, the guy just kind of brushed me off, saying it's not a big deal. Worst experience ever. STAY AWAY!

Quick and easy. They are very efficient and quick. Not only that, they guarantee their products. For me, it's the only place to buy your tires. I only wish they did alignments.

We have found them always nice and helpful. They have periodic sales if it is not a rush. They carry quality tires, so not the cheapest but seem like a good value

How many times do I have to leave a message when you don't answer the phone in order to get a call back regarding the tires I bought from you? I bought some BFG's and the tread only lasted 50,000 miles, 15,000 miles short of the treadwear warranty, called Costco to see what can be done, left a message, and never got a call back. Wtf?!

The crew at this Costco Tire center noticed my Tesla tires were not the right ones for my car. They offered to replace them for free to get me in the appropriate set. Now that’s the kind of service and excellence that brings a huge smile to my face.

We were here trying to put air in a spare tire since we will be driving to El Paso soon and had a minor inconvenience doing it.Nick tried to help but he was busy, and when Paul saw there was help needed he came up to offer his help and took care of the spare tire.His willingness to help and how he took the initiative to step in and help us is appreciated. Thank you Paul!

Don’t really do reviews but stopped by yesterday for a flat around closing time and the team still took care, shout-out to Nick I believe was his name. They weren’t able to help but the fact they tried was what mattered, also torqued my spare I had on to make sure it was safe.

While it seemed like the automotive gods were not looking out for me (first a nail in unrepairable part of tire then a dead battery), it became clear I was led to the right place to get the help I needed. I was met with friendly and helpful service that went above and beyond to ensure I was back on the road safely. I was given informed options, fair prices on a new tire and battery, and patience while I processed my inconvenient circumstances. There was even a noticing that I was limping so a chair was offered to give me comfort and ease as I waited. (It's the little things, you know?) Thanks to the staff for making my day less troublesome than it could have been.

Not my usual Costco Tire Center ... and service is not as friendly. Usually only stop here for checking tire pressure.
