Wait time was over a hour though there was no other people waiting to be tended to. I did get there just before noon so it probably was lunch break for the staff and physicians The staff and nurse practitioner treating me were wonderful and solved my problems. I would go back to this clinic again.

They take walk ins for drug screening and physical. It almost looks like a standard PCP office. Good service though. I felt that I was in good hands

Was easy and wait was reasonable. Was visiting for employment physical. Was not comfortable with urine drug screen as they were not controlling it. Allowed me to take all personal belongings into bathroom. Didn't tell me not to flush. Did not do a sticker seal on sample . No signature on it. I did not see them seal it in a bag. So not sure how they processed it securely.

The wait time for a simple walk in physical examination was close to 4 hours. The place was under construction and extremely understaffed. I would not recommend visiting this facility unless you had an appointment. I gave it 2 stars rather than 1 because the employees were all very nice and helpful, I can only imagine working at a place like that must be stressful.

Went in for a work comp situation. Checked in at 1:05 and was not seen until 3:30. On my paperwork the Office Personnel wrote that I checked in at 1:55.Follow up appointment a few days later. Scheduled for 12:45. Arrived prior to my appointment time. Sat in the waiting room until 1:30. Had to reschedule my appointment for another day because the “provider was on lunch.”When rescheduling my appointment the front desk staff asked if I would like to see a different provider who moves faster. Seems like the Concentra staff is well aware of their time management issue. For any businesses using Concentra for Work Comp, do better. Find another provider that actually has time management.

I had to go here for a pre-employment drug test/physical, if you don’t get her as soon as they open you can expect to wait hours. My testing and seeing the doctor took almost 2 hours total. The staff are very nice and the doctor that I saw was nice. The hearing test booth is very old but it’s accurate because it matched another test I had.

I absolutely recommend this place! I think his name was Darren but he was AMAZING! Really cared for his patients and just went above and beyond to check in on everyone! My doctor was a female (can’t remember her name) and she was very informative and kind and also just really cared about her job! They work really fast and they really take good care of you! Favorite place by far!

Concentra asked for this feedback so I'll give it. I had an appointment for a work physical for 1pm and didn't get seen until 2pm. The front desk employees seem be to have been given a directive to discourage making appointments and push just "walking in." Well I tried walking in and the wait was 2.5hrs one day so I pushed for an appointment. I was only given one when I really pushed and it was 2 weeks out. People cannot take that much time off work to sit around and wait. An older man came in to actually be seen for "urgent" care and not a work physical or drug test like the rest of us and was told his wait time was 3.5 hours. That's ridiculous. Providers were kind and respectful once I was seen. They get the 2 stars.

Very helpful at front desk. Pleasant and smiling while checking me in.Not a very long wait for my pre-employment physical.Perfectly administered TB test ( wish I got her name), and the PA was also very knowledgeable and pleasant.Clear discharge instructions including follow up for the TB test.Just an FYI: exiting the parking lot going left is very tricky!Possibly needs better signage?

The front desk was good at figuring out the billing issues and getting them fixed. Wait time was a little too long and the staff was short of proper equipment to do their jobs. The bathroom and work stations/equipment were a little shot out. I did like the Snacks, Cold water, A/C and friendly nurse. All and all I give this place about a 6 out of 10

I came early and waited for the doors to open. I was told it was a 3hour wait to see a doctor for urgent care. This is one of the worst places for healthcare you can visit. You might as well go to the ER it has the same wait times. Places like this are what's wrong with the American healthcare system. What an absolute joke.

Nichole and Lexi were so easy to work with and streamlined the whole process of the health screenings. Mornings are much more accessible if you can't wait.

I went to see a hand specialist, and he was probably one of the most helpful people I’ve seen in the last three months. Every time I have went and had an appointment with him he actually took the time to hear me out and make sure my needs for met. A lot of times with the doctors there in a rush. They don’t listen to you and all my other previous experiences were not that great. However, it was such a blessing to be around someone who genuinely cared about my treatment.
