Absolutely horrible.. rarely communicates.. never found me a job.. multiple staff members quitting over and over again.. new staff member never reading other staff members notes frustrating me to high hell when I get asked the same questions..You're rolling the dice with this place ever getting you a job and if they do be ready for just a basic job they're not good at finding anything special for you..

I previously worked at this organization and I loved it. The community is very accepting and the amount of support you get from the supervisors is incredible. The best part of this company though is the individuals you get to support. I would recommend this company to anyone wanting to work here or to anyone who is looking for support for a family member with disabilities. Probably one of the most supportive companies in this field.

I hired several employees from Community interface's program that offers paycheck reimbursement for hiring their clients. I have inquired several times over the past 6 months regarding the reimbursement. I've never gotten reimbursed for anything. Do not use them.

I called this place several times and had to leave a message. I finally got a call back maybe a little over a week later. The intake person came to my home and was good. I had a rather urgent need for a job coach. They got one quickly! I was so thankful. However, the coach went to the wrong place on the first day, showed up late, and did such a bad job, the store said they really didn't want her back and just did the coaching for my son: It's been good. So I didn't need a coach anymore, but asked to continue with the ILS. When I asked about status, I got a cryptic ambiguous text message that I couldn't tell was a confirmation or a good bye. I asked for clarification. That was over three weeks ago, and no services or a response. I feel this place is not managed properly and lacks basic standards for customer service. I don't feel I can rely on them. I've switched to another provider.
