Absolutely amazing woman. She knew exactly how to help me reach my goals and instruct me how to properly engage my muscles during each workout. So stoked to be on this journey with her!!!! And to top all of this off she is a neurodivergent friendly trainer! So if you are ND she is your gal! 10/10 would recommend Oh and if you're not in north county SD she has options for zoom or meeting at her wonderful facility in Carlsbad.

Christine is caring, conscientious, and knowledgeable. She learns what your strengths are and also your weaknesses and develops a program of exercise suited to you. She offers individual and group sessions with reasonable prices. I recommend her highly.

I've been trading with Christine for a few years now and I can't express enough how much I appreciate her! She truly takes the time to understand who you are and pushes you within your limits. She has so many options of staying active to joining you on walks, hikes, or in the gym workouts. She even has Zoom classes, so you can workout in the comfort of your own home... but be assured she's paying attention to you online. Come join the fun!

My wife and I have trained with Christine over the last 3+ years and it has been phenomenal. She fits the workout to your needs and makes sure you work really hard without getting injured. I would recommend any who are looking for someone to train with give Christine a call.

My first time working with a personal trainer and Christine is AMAZING! She is so pleasant and nice to be around, let alone the great workout! If you're at all nervous about personal training, I can guarantee you will feel comfortable with Christine. I can't sing praises highly enough.

I am so grateful to have Christine guiding me down my personal path to fitness. She pays attention to form and will tell you when you need to increase the weight or modify the exercise for a next-level challenge. She has come up with ways of keeping us all engaged during the pandemic and making the workouts fun but still effective. I feel like, through the Zoom workouts that her clients have become a fun little community.

Even though I joined in her Zoom workouts 3x a week for one month, I really enjoyed the entire experience! First off, the Zoom workouts are pretty affordable compared to many over trainers, which I appreciated a lot. But the most important parts are the workouts and Christine's attitude. The workouts were tough at first but rewarding, and I can definitely say that I've improved my strength and endurance overall. Christine has a really upbeat energy that makes you look forward to every workout session, and she has a wide variety of exercises to do each day too. After each meeting, I've felt motivated to do more. I'm super thankful for Christine's Zoom workouts, since they totally made my summer!

This review is a long time coming and if I could I would give Christine 10 stars! She is an amazing personal trainer who will get you into shape, no matter your age or fitness level. She is fun, kind, personable, and invested in your fitness. I used to be a gym rat but I came to Christine after being mostly sedentary for the last six years. I had gained 20+ pounds, and a tropical vacation was my motivation to start getting back into shape. I was so out of shape when I started and the strides that Christine has helped me make to where I am now is simply amazing. The exercises she has me do are different from what I've known as a weightlifter, but they are fun, exhausting, and really help to work your core along with your other muscle groups. Eating healthy combined with Christine's help I have lost 11 pounds of fat, gained muscle and my fitness level has increased so much it's mind boggling to me. Thank you Christine for everything! You are amazing.

Christine takes great care of her clients! After suffering from arthritic pain the past few years and not being able to work out, Christine took the time to teach and show me various exercises that worked and didn't cause my joints any pain. She was very patient and careful, but still managed to push me so that I was sore the next day! She is a pro!

Christine is an awesome trainer. She has worked with myself, all three of my children, my brother, and my mother. Between all of us, we varying physical and attention issues, but Christine always keeps us on track with our physical goals while making sure we do it safely. Her fun, light hearted approach to fitness gets you up and moving and keeps you that way. I recommend her all the time.

I'm so thankful that I found Christine! I wanted my workouts to be set on my schedule like doctor's appointments so that I wouldn't skip or postpone them, however, I thought personal training would be too expensive, so I had never even looked into it! I love the size and location of San Diego Premier Training, so I researched some of the trainers there and ended up on Christine's website. I got started right away and have been enjoying one semi-private session plus one group session per week, and her free run/walk as well. I have been amazed at the value of what I'm getting for the price I'm paying. Plus, it's so worth it! I'm finally on a regular exercise regimen and loving it. I now so much prefer the personal trainer approach versus going to a big gym and working out on my own. Christine has held me accountable and provides an awesome workout! I feel stronger and more physically fit, thanks to Christine. She's a wonderful person to know, too!
