Had an issue with a customer, the staff was extremely helpful. Didn’t get the name of the young lady, but introduced to Peyton. Both were super courteous and well-rounded.

I bought a yogurt and it was spoiled, I wanted to return it and the person who served me told me that he couldn't even exchange it or return the money and so I asked him to please put it in the trash and very curtly he pointed to where they had the trash. from the Cafe and told me to throw it there, what a rude person. They should be more attentive.

Wierd short clerk with no voice and a huge forehead won’t let you use the bathroom. I was about to buy gas and snacks but go to the 7eleven across the street ?

I don't live in Carlsbad. But I'm here frequently for work, and shopping and errands. I have a Kia Sorento that I like to use Chevron with Techron in. Everytime I come here, the "bathroom" is out of order.......the parolee clerk behind the counter says the same thing every time.... "sorry the water is out".... I get it.....no one wants to have to clean gas station bathrooms. But here's a little known fact about gas stations and restrooms, your proximity REQUIRES you to have one. So stop lying to your customers. And clean your bathrooms. And open it back up again. Twice in the last week alone, I've gotten the same response. Do Better.

Employer "luis" was his name tag name today 8:45 was swearing at us customers when coming out of the restroom cursing, he obviously is not happy with his job .

Extremely annoying ads playing while pumping gas. Absolutely ridiculous that Chevron has to blare ads.

Absolutely ridiculous. I was in there just to buy a lighter, my friend needed to use the restroom. The employee Vi felt she needed to ID us both FOR A LIGHTER! Even the costumer behind us thought it was ridiculous, so he offered me the lighter for free, and my friend used the restroom at Jack in the box. Bet she felt pretty stupid at that point.

We don't have these out east, and from what I've seen we don't want them either. Limited selection for drinks and snacks, over priced everything else on the inside. I know it's a gas station but good lord, the price that's changed for some items is ridiculous....Would only recommend as a last resort stop....

Weird/funny cashier lady ?Today, July 2nd around 7am I pulled into the gas station, I need to use the restroom first so I walk inside,Can’t make this up she said she can’t give me the code Bc “it will give me access to other peoples information” ???What???
