After having a terrible experience with another Chase bank this morning. I decided to give Chase another try at another bank. Wow! Was I wrong for doing that. Once again, no one would help me open an account with them. What is wrong with Chase? I decided to take my business to Bank Of America where they immediately helped me.

Bad experience! Nobody said Hi or anything to us when we walked in even they were not busy at all. But, they did say Hi to other people who came after us.

Chase Bank has me disappointed right now. I had a fraudulent charge on my account and they are not even willing to work with me. Let me ask you this: If the customer doesn’t feel protected and taken care of, then who would want to put their money with you in the future? You better take it seriously or else I will cancel my account and bank with someone else.

Paige at the Carlsbad location has the best customer service without a doubt ! It was a pleasure speaking with her and I know every other chase customer will appreciate her. Make sure to look out for her ! Made my day.

They don’t accept walking queries, need to make online appointment. Also, you have to shout out your question or query across the bank because they are so busy they can’t have a proper reception..

Generally, I'm always impressed by the service I receive at any Chase Bank, this location was no exception. Holly was extremely helpful and patient. She helped me with all my banking needs in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this Chase Bank.

I recently lost my wallet close to the bank. I was panicked and went into the Bank to report my debit card lost. I was upset and could not think straight as I no longer had my driver's license and was leaving on an early flight the next morning. Clark, one of the bank customer reps, immediately took over and assisted me in getting a new debit card, assisted with getting Citibank on the phone so I could cancel my credit card. He walked me out of the bank and helped to look around in case someone had dropped it in a planter. Clark even called me a week later to see if anyone had turned in my wallet. This is what customer service is all about and a more kinder, professional gentleman I could not have asked for.

Manager did not have a way to read my credit card as chip was failing, She did not wanted to try anything else, she could not type the numbers , very poor management. Seems like they don't care about customers. I would recommend to go somewhere else.

Lisa helped me set up new accounts when I had to switch banks. She and everyone else I spoke with were very knowledgeable and friendly. Would highly recommend this branch!

This Chase bank in Bressi Ranch is wonderful. Years ago, we moved all of our personal and business accounts from Bank of America to here and we've never looked back or regretted our decision. The attention to detail and customized service is one we appreciate so very much. They really make an effort to ensure we are very happy with every transaction we make with them. We recently opened up a banking account for our little one and she has enjoyed making regular deposits into her account. Every dollar she gets, she says she wants to "make a deposit at the bank". We're so happy she loves to save her money but truth be told, I think it has a lot to do with the bowl of lollipops on the counter. She gets one every time we go in. Paige and Matt are great and always make an effort to wave or come on over to say hello when we go in. We love this Chase location and would highly recommend to anyone.

We have four accounts here- two savings and one checking and a credit card. And in general the banking works but the lack of consideration for the long wait in line is maddening. Every trip to this branch requires a 45 minute commitment.
