They took advantage of my sister who has obvious memory issues. She went in to the bank to invest some money she had gotten and they latched right on to her. It was obvious she shouldn't be making decisions, but they did it anyway. I went in with her later and told them I have power of attorney, and the ignored me. They said they didn't see it in the computer. I had a copy and gave it to them. They still ignored me. They could see she couldn't remember things, but they wouldn't do anything. They would not cancel anything. All they cared about was getting her money. Don't trust the bankers here. They don't care about their customers .

If you could avoid going inside...strongly recommend. Completely ridiculous to have 1 staff for over 5 customers...2 random men "trying" to help but have no clue in what they're doing....broken machines!!! Wow....just amazed at how such a big corporation could provide such horrible service.

I know, it's just business. I had a mortgage, checking act, and 3 CC's with Chase. Last year when I refi'd, they started dinging me $25 month for the checking acct. They said, since I no longer have a mortgage with them, I no longer qualify. Granted I had my mortgage with them for 8+ years. Oh well thank you for your bizness, not!!! C Ya!!! That's Okay they also lost out an auto loan, thank you Cal Coast CU!!!

Placed my paycheck on a 2 week hold. Had one employee tell me they can expedite and a day later had another tell me there’s nothing I can do. I have bills to pay and a family to take care of and they aren’t doing anything about it. I am very disappointed and highly considering changing banks once I’m finally able to get the money I worked for.

They allow homeless people to live on their sidewalk near the front door and ATM. I've noticed this a couple times and talked to Danny the branch manager after the teller didn't have an issue with having homeless people near the entrance. As a long standing customer of Chase bank I believe my feeling of safety & comfort at my bank should be a concern. I will not be banking at that branch anymore.

Got locked out and chase doesn't recognize me after triple verification. Oh its not me because you have a public records address that I've never lived at?!!! How f****** dare you guys ignore all of the relevant information and base verification of me as your client!!! By using inaccurate public information. I've never lived at those addresses and they are not linked to me in any way because my credit is verified information and locked!How the f****** hell am I going to just guess your bunk a** addresses?!! Remove that s*** from my accounts I am not associated with any addresses you listed. But you have my current address, social security, my spouse information everything!!! So frustrated with your fraud department flagging ever gld damned purchase. If none of that information is verifiable I want q refund on all past purchases and withdrawals!! You had me enter my pin for fucks sake. What else do you need? Im so sick of going into the branch, I dont have time for this crap! I'm 100% taking every cent out and walking away.

Had an excellent experience with Julie Murray at this location. I made an appointment to complete a Medallion Signature Guarantee, and was contacted by Julie the morning of my appointment letting me know she was unable to complete the process. Julie then called around to her colleagues and found a chase personal banker that was working that day and able to complete the process for me. Fantastic customer service!

I like the bank, lots of fees but Reason I give one star is ATMs are ALWAYS BROKEN. Yay its the closest branch is worthless if I have to go in to bank and sign slips talk to a teller etc.

I just tried to Zelle pay my son, a student, $800 for rent. Got an email from Chase they declined payment and to check message why on online account message center. Tried to log in on app and they froze my account and gave me a number to call. Been on the phone, mostly on hold, for an hour. Finally talked to Judy in fraud prevention Who tells me I have to go to my branch and then she hangs up on me! All this for a Zelle pay under $1,000 to my son who has the same last name! When I take time off work from my new job to go to the branch I will withdraw all my money, close both my accounts and go to their competitor next door and open new accounts with them. This is the second time Chase held up Zelle pay and wasted hours of my time. Don't bank here. It's extremely inconvenient. The one nice thing I can say is the people who work at this branch are very nice. But nice doesn't cut it when they don't let me access my own money. And the corporate people were rude.
