Since Pharmaca closed I’ve suffered through the CVS, Walgreens, and Rite Aid’s non-care care. When I found Jim & Adam at Carlsbad Village pharmacy I felt so relax, well cared for, remembered, accommodated… as one should be. These big companies are just not the right fit for me. Jim & Adam have a loyal customer in me even thought I drive about 20 miles round trip to enjoy their services. Good Job guys and staff!?❤️

Want to feel valued and know your pharmacist and staff like they're your next door neighbors? Don't be a number at Costco. Carlsbad Village Pharmacy will take time with you and they compete with Costco. You barely walk thrrough the front door and you hear them greeting you with "Hello, John!" It's like you're in a small town not southern California. In these days of Pandemics and many concerns, you want a pharmacist you can count on, that's highly trained/credentialed and yet can address your health/Rx concerns and questions in terms you can understand.

I first learned of this pharmacy through residents of downtown Carlsbad. Kinda a hidden gem. Adam took care of an immediate need for my husband who has type 1 diabetes about a week ago. We called around closing time and he went "above & beyond" to fill his prescription. This customer service rarely exists any more. We were extremely appreciative. If you'd like this type of care and personal attention you won't regret changing pharmacies.

The pharmacist I talked to is a joke. Here they put BUSINESS before PATIENTS. The pharmacist wouldn’t fill a prescription for me saying that my doctor is too far away. How hypocritical of these professionals practicing medicine that have undertaken the Hippocratic oath to do no harm to patients when not helping is injurious. In a city there seems to be this trend of liars who masquerade as caring people so that they can make more money. I wouldn’t go to this pharmacy at all, and I advise others who need help to look and go elsewhere.

Made this my to go pharmacy and ended with the box chain pharmacy over a year ago. When Covid hit, I went to this pharmacy for the booster shot, because of my pre-existing conditions. Not only did the pharmacist administer the shots with no wait, but learned this was a family run pharmacy with personal attention to their patients. After that personalized attention, I started going to this pharmacy regularly. Best decision I made. No waiting in long lines. Personal attention. And will answer questions about any and all pharmacy needs. Recommended to family and friends.

Jim & Adam always come through for me including with ordering extra products. & they are always are on top of my timely Rx medications and I can trust them to order medical assistant products I.e. canes large foot for canes & kept my unlabeled nonID cane for weeks until I went to buy another one lol. They asked everyone who entered if cane was theirs. My bad! Their current greeting card selections are amazing. CVP is definitely (bar none) THE BEST pharmacy in SD County Also, when I was unable to drive in they have delivered Amazing respectful helpful & knowable pharmacists I trust them to record & give all of my updated vaccinations CVP

40 dollars for a covid booster shot? This place is a scam. I didn't have to pay a dime for my first 2 moderna shots at cvs. Stay way from this place folks.

Being in need of a COVID Booster led me to the Carlsbad Village Pharmacy, and being a former ED RN Manager, and former wife of a cardiologist. I have found the friendliness of everyone there to be a welcome change from, for example, Costco Pharmacy where there is no direct connection. Additionally, inquiries may be made in private. Dr. Adam, thanks for the excellent flu vaccine and booster. As suggested by Dr. Chong as well, see you for shingles in December. I also want to express my gratitude to Mom Debbie for her recommendation of the French Pastry Shop next door. The gluten-free, dark chocolate with almonds was delicious. Never before has going to the pharmacy been so enjoyable. A Family Pharmacy that's a wonderful experience. Teresa Barnes, RN

Visiting the area and had a bad reaction to my eye makeup. Walked in expecting the store to not have much but it had about a dozen different eye drops to choose from. The clerk saw me undecided and offered to help me. She also went and asked the pharmacist which eye drops would be best. The drops helped, all is well. I forgot what a small mom and pop style pharmacy was like. They are courteous, helpful and kind… they should all be like this pharmacy. Thank you again for a wonderful experience.

Carlsbad Village Pharmacy is one and only in Carlsbad Village. The staff's are always nice there and ready to help everyone in need. I love this pharmacy because when I did not have driver licence I could walk through and get what I needed.
