I recently got a puppy and was quite unsure about the best things to feed her, among other questions. When I walked into this pet store, I immediately knew it would be the only one for us. I absolutely love it! They offer a rewards system and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful.

We were in this store yesterday. We were looking for birthday treats for our grand dogs. Kelly was so helpful. We don't have dogs just grand dogs so we were feeling overwhelmed. It has so many wonderful things. We don't live here but we'll come back when we're in the area. We highly recommend this store.

Absolutely wonderful store and grooming salon! Quality products supporting small business. The Groom Room is staffed by professionals. All of the groomers are very kind. Natasha helped us today at the Grrom Room and she was wonderful.
The only salon I trust with my dog. The guy with the mustache is wonderful too in the store. Support small business! ??

Love everything about Carlsbad Pet & Feed. Their product selection is high quality and healthy, staff super nice and knowledgeable, and their customer service is beyond ten stars. If you should need something from one of their stores, they will transfer to a store near you. Their stores are also very esthetically pleasing and have a very welcoming feeling. They currently have three locations; Carlsbad Village, Carlsbad off Avenida Encinas (close to 5 fwy), and their flagship store in Vista. Carlsbad Village and Vista also have a self service wash for your pups.

The staff at Carlsbad Pet & Feed are tremendous, Kelly, Emily, Karen, Ruby and Steven have been very helpful with our somewhat high maintenance dog. Their deep knowledge, experience and open-mindedness regarding what's right for our dog is refreshing. I am very impressed with their customer service too. They will go out of their way to help and always have greeted me with a smile. I highly recommend Carlsbad Pet & Feed.
