Best pharmacy. Great, knowledgeable, caring pharmacist! We have been very happy with our service here. We are thankful for great communication, timely refills and the ease of walking in, no line, no big store with a lot of other points of sale. Very personable; feels more like a partnership than a client relationship.

Swititched to Carlsbad Neighborhood Pharmacy from CVS. It is one of the best choices I have made in my health care. They learn who you are and your individual needs instead of being just another customer. Caring, personal and professional service is what I was looking for and have received that and more. Dr. Duong provides real old-fashioned customer service! When he didn’t have a new prescription in stock for me that I needed to start the same day, he went out of his way to call another pharmacy down the street and make sure they could fill it for me. Use Carlsbad Neighborhood Pharmacy over the big chains you will be so happy.

I have been coming to Carlsbad Neighborhood Pharmacy, and the team has always taken extra good care of me. I highly suggest using small businesses vs large corporations and will always be going to them while I live in the area.

A great pharmacy. It's becoming harder to find such a level of customer service. You can tell how much he cares about helping. Always willing to address questions or concerns. I switched from a popular chain pharmacy almost year ago and will never go back! Makes you feel right at home!

Dr. Duong goes out of his way to be personable, kind, and understanding. He's so helpful and really just everything you'd want a pharmacist to be. Compared to the hastle of wasting your lunch hour waiting at CVS, it is so worth switching over to your local neighborhood pharmacist. I encourage you to give it a shot yourself-- I think you'll enjoy it as I have.

Nicest pharmacist I have done my prescriptions with! Always very helpful and quick. I use to go to Vons pharmacy and that was dreadful.

The workers here are so kind and genuine. I originally came here just to get my Covid vaccinations and to avoid the common CVS/Rite-Aid pharmacies. I ended up really liking the pharmacist and front desk ladies that work there that I ended up bringing my boyfriend here for his shots as well. We now get our medications filled here due to the ease and friendliness of the staff. We love supporting smaller businesses so this was a win-win overall.

This is everything that a pharmacy should be. Pharmacist that actually knows and takes care of his patients! They keep regular meds for their patients in stock so I’ve never run into “oh, we have to order this” for something that is filled every month. I’m never going anywhere else!!

Carlsbad Neighborhood Pharmacy is such a refreshing change compared to the larger chains like CVS, etc. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and responsive. I'm genuinely surprised...It's rare to find such a well-run establishment within America's healthcare system, but this pharmacy is absolutely 10/10.If you're dealing with the endless hassles that come with filling your prescriptions at CVS (my old pharmacy), I would strongly advise that you come here instead.Dr. Cuong Duong and Julia are both great to work with. If you happen to call and their line is busy, just wait a couple of minutes and try again; it's worth it.A few other minor notes:-The store is immaculately clean.-They have delivery services.-They work with most (if not all) major insurance companies.-They get things right the first time.-Wait times are usually a fraction of CVS and Target.
