Pros: great location next to a food hall, outlets, the beach and LEGOLAND. You really can’t get better than that. The pool area is super cute.
Cons: I’ll start by saying… my 5 year old nephew said as soon as we got in, “I can tell this is a motel and not a hotel” LOL. Hair and dust everywhere. No floor rugs and raggedy looking decor. And on the last day we saw a roach. Definitely a don’t leave your bag unopened and check the bed kind of place. This property would be golden with renovations.
Due to the cleanliness I would recommend checking out other options.

I drove around the exterior of this hotel. It looked like it was in desperate need of remodeling.

The pool was great, the hot tub was ok, about the same temp as the pool, and slimy, plus side was it's salt water like the pool. The beds weren't very comfortable and sounded like springs are popping when you or significant other is rolling over! Our room was supposed to be on the 2nd floor but got stuck with the main level floor overlooking the pool, the sliding glass door was nice but the screen was off the track, no one ever brought us towels or made up our rooms the 4 days we were there! At 3 am it always sounded like a herd of elephants running across the floor above us. But it was a place to rest our heads, and convenient to stores and restaurants. Not too far from the beach, and had a shuttle you have to order to get to and from Legoland. Bring sunscreen!
Rooms: Our room was ok
Walkability: There are many stores around and places to go out to eat
Food & drinks: The coffee was really strong, but there's a gas station nearby to get some drinks, there's no free breakfast at the hotel so thankfully we brought an ice chest with drinks and water, and had to go find breakfast somewhere else

The room next to me was vacant and my first night an alarm in that room started going off every 15 minutes started at 4 am. I told front desk, they dismissed me. When I got back that evening it was still doing it, went back to front desk, that guy actually sent someone to check it out, they turned it off… about an hour later it started again. It did finally get taken care of. Also there was no phone in my room and I was in one of the farthest rooms away, makes me feel safe walking there repeatedly alone. The AC in the room only worked one day. The bathroom had black mold on the floor and the floor in the whole room was dirty, I ended up sweeping it myself after asking for it to be cleaned and it not happening.

Location was great service was great ! Everything was great besides hearing every word and conversation next door and above you.the walls are paper thin .but another amazing thing about this hotel is they offer shuttle service to legoland or an app to get to and from destinations so I would definitely come back to this hotel .

Worst service ever. Both nights waited at least 30 minutes in the lobby while employee was smoking weed in the parking lot! Don’t stay here the lobby was full of angry people. No pool towels either

I don't want to share how amazing this place is within minutes from Legoland. My family loved the area * food court so much, we went back just for that without any requests for Legoland! I even got then to walk around outlet mall & nursery across street. The beach was only 5-minute drive!

Seemed like a fine room at first but could not after trying to spend one night. There were clogged drains that were never fixed, broken AC that smelled like mold in every room we went to, and bugs everywhere: spiders, roaches, all of it. Also could never get ahold of the front desk for help.

I am writing this review to prevent people from disappointment and ruined vacations. Unfortunately, my birthday and small getaway was not up to the standards we expected, and I would like to bring a few important issues to your attention. I apologize for the long read, But it will definitely save you from headache and disappointment.
We loved the pictures and reviews that were provided on the hotel website, however, I should have also checked the Yelp reviews as they both heavily contradict each other, and I can now say that what you see in the Yelp reviews are 100% more accurate as to what you will experience at this hotel.
Upon arrival to our assigned room (#118), my family and I immediately found the cleanliness of the room to be unacceptable, to say the least. We were welcomed with an overwhelming and incredibly unpleasant odor/stench that lingered. The bathroom had clearly not been properly cleaned and there was visible dirt and bugs in the shower and on the floor. I can not even begin to describe what was inside the sink hole (please see images attached). The floors and walls in general were stained with dirt, including the inside of the front door which had a clear outline of dirty footprints. There was also black mold in the corners of the room.
I went to the lobby to express my concern and dissatisfaction. I was asked by the front desk representative if I wanted an AEROSOL AIR FRESHENER (obviously ignoring my concern and shutting me up with a temporary solution). I asked for a different room and was given keys to room #104, which was exactly like the previous one.
I went back to the front desk and requested to speak with a manager. After listening to my already expressed concerns, she suggested that we CHECK OUT...I was shocked to hear that this was their solution. I stated that trying to find another hotel to stay at would be a great inconvenience and if there was any other solution to this issue. At that point she offered another room in a newly renovated building, which we had to repeatedly fight for until it was finally offered.
Ever since this incident and disappointing experience, I have been trying to contact the General manager for 2 weeks. After finally getting in touch with him I was promised a resolution that I am yet to receive. All together it has been almost a month with nothing being done.
My final recommendation is to look away and book a different hotel.

This is an odd place. People get married here. There are hotel rooms. There's an area thats just like a food court at a mall and there's a corner of the place where there's one pinball machine, couple video games and a bunch of kids running around like its Chuckee Cheese Pizza.
Why was I here? It was my birthday and I asked my son that lives in the area where to get seafood and he suggested this place. It also has one pinball machine which was 60% of the reason I tried it. When we got there my brother and sister went right to the bar for drinks. My mom was not havin the atmosphere at all and demanded we go to a real place to eat dinner. I played 3 games of Jaws and we left. Would I go back? I cant think of any reason why
