I put a deposit down on a truck and subsequently changed my mind. 12 days and half a dozen requests later, I still don't have my deposit back. Do not bring your business here, do not give them a dime.

Oscar Chavez is amazing! I've been working with him for years, even followed him from chevy dealer. I have turned so many friends and family onto him. He is so friendly he never makes me feel pressured into getting anything to just get a sale. He makes me feel seen and heard! I will be continuing to recommend him! He's the best!! He goes above and beyond for customer service!

Horrible Cadillac service experience. Have a SRX WITH LESS THAN 50k miles. The rear suspension had a factory recall. When I made the appointment I asked if a 4 wheel alignment is performed as I planned on purchasing 4 new tires. I was told the 4 wheel alignment was included. I re-verified this when I arrived to have the service preformed. And one last time was told at pickup the alignment was performed. Shortly after I purchased 4 Bridgestone 75k rated tires. Not cheap. With only a few thousand miles recommended 5k to rotate the rear tires on the inside edges worn past the wear bars. The tires are ruined. My cost to replace the 2 tires and alighting in excess of 500.00. I will never return to this dealership. Wife needs a new Cadillac and it will not be here. Please let my costly HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE save you time, money and frustration. Wish I could post pictures and the actual 4 wheel alignment adjustments required to correct the problem. No excuse for this.

This dealership's lack of honesty is astonishing. From inflated prices to misleading information, the entire purchasing process felt like navigating a maze of deception. The sales team's questionable tactics and reluctance to provide straightforward answers left me with a sense of distrust. If integrity and transparency matter to you, I'd strongly advise looking elsewhere for your automotive needs.

I just got my car back after having a water pump replacement and service preformed. I Just wanted to share with the Yelp group my experience with Premier Buick GMC . For the past four years I have been having my 2019 Buick serviced and any repairs needed at another dealership close to my home in Menifee . I got tired of the shuck and dive BS at that service department so I started taking my car wher I bought it at Premier Buick in Carlsbad and I am very happy I did ! This was my third visit in a year and half and I must express how pleased I am , Oscar and his crew are TOP of the line and believe me when I say TOP of the line I mean it! I have dealt with service departmen's for over fifty years !

Bad, bad experience. Wanna know why? Read the advertised interest rates for used cars ON THEIR WEB PAGE, and then try to get those rates. I was ready to buy a used vehicle, and when I cited the rates that the dealer had posted on their own web site, I was told that those rates were not available. Please note that this was prior to running my credit (which is 850 FICO)....it was during preliminary discussions. I think that's called 'bait & switch'. This happened a few weeks ago. I revisited their web site today, and found that what was described to me as 'a mistake' still remains in place. The cherry on top: these folks claim to not know where their inventory is. I asked about a specific vehicle that was advertised on their web site, and a person who described herself as 'one of the sales managers' didn't know where the vehicle was, or if it was available for sale at that time. The excuse: we have several lots, and can't know where all the vehicles are all the time. Additional excuse: the vehicles get posted for sale on the web site EVEN IF THEY AREN"T READY FOR IMMEDIATE SALE. More 'bait & switch'? Who knows? I would recommend that if you're shopping for a GMC or Cadillac, you look elsewhere. Dutton in Riverside is now my go-to GMC dealer. Dutton is excellent in every respect.

I highly don't recommend the service department. Did $3K worth or repairs and two days later the repair that they did didn't work. Took it back the next week and they wanted another $2K. Will not go here ever again and won't buy a GMC product again.

Jay Lind is my awesome Service Advisor at Premier Cadillac Buick GMC in Carlsbad. I woke up the other morning to a flat tire and called up Jay to see if I could bring my vehicle in for an emergency repair or replacement. I drive a 2014 Cadillac XTS Platinum. I have been using this dealership consistently to maintain my vehicle and they always exceed my expectations. He quickly agreed and let me know to get it there and I would be taken care of. I called AAA Premier to get a tow from Escondido to Carlsbad. On arrival, once Jay finished assisting another customer he checked out the tire and advised I would need a replacement. I decided to replace as a pair and the tires were ordered immediately. I also was able to add an alignment and an oil change and waited at the dealership while service was performed. There is a BJ's restaurant across the street along with an outlet mall. So if you don't want to sit around waiting you can window shop or grab a bite instead. The work was performed masterfully by the technician. I even had a few coupons that had been received in the mail to combine with my Cadillac points earned for service which greatly helped lower the final bill. Jay and the team always go above and beyond and I appreciate the legendary service! I will continue to return and tell others about my experiences. Thank you Premier Cadillac Buick GMC, Jay & Team!
