I took my boxer to see Dr. Hall for a checkup. Everyone there was very kind and knowledgeable and very gentle with my dog. She took her time examining my dog. Not one the the practices that puts you on a time schedule then says you're done. Dr. Hall is one of the nicest vets in the area. I would recommend her office to everyone.

Best animal hospital in Carlsbad! It was an absolute pleasure working here as a veterinary assistant. Dr Hall, Dr Dolorico and Dr Abrams are 3 of the most caring and hard-working vets I’ve ever met/worked with. They will do everything in their power to make sure your pets get the care they need. The vet assistants are also so kind and caring and try their absolute best to make your pets feel loved and cared for. Keep animal practices small and support small businesses! Highly recommend this hospital.

Dr. Dolorico was fabulous! She took plenty of time reviewing my cat's health, needs, and future care. She is also the first vet my cat ever was friendly with!! So happy to have found Canyon Creek!

Always take as much time as I need. Give exceptional care and have tremendous concern for my dogs. Dr. Hall is as conscientious as anyone could possibly be and all the vets are great. Have taken us immediately in urgent situations as well and that's not always easy to do.

Canyon Creek saved Elton’s life and we are so grateful. Dr Abram is the best and Elton gets the best care there. Also excellent is karena (sp?) at the front desk. She is AMAZING.

I would give 10 stars if I could. I am not exaggerating when I say Dr. Abrams saved my dog's life. Heartfelt gratitude also to the wonderful Technicians who stayed after hours to perform emergency hysterectomy surgery and provide top-level care for sweet Pearl.
Dr. Abrams immediately suspected, diagnosed, confirmed, and rectified an uncommon condition (Pyometra) which had caused rapid deterioration in our older rescue Chihuahua; a condition that wasn't even suggested during the prior day at vet ER. It was like watching an episode of 'House'. He was ethereally compassionate from both a care and cost standpoint, showing a level of expertise and consideration that has become sadly uncommon in the industry.
If you are looking for "old school" family vet care that doesn't feel like a factory, look no further.
