I returned a club to their preowned site back on Feb 28th. I have yet to see the money get back into my account. I have called the 800 number three times with no results. I got one email that said my refund was approved and would be back in my account in two business days. Guess what it never happened. I sent the following to Callaway via email with no response. I will update this review if things change but as of now I am no longer a Callaway customer.
Its been over 48 hours and still I have nothing. I am so absolutely furious with your company that I am seriously considering filing a complaint with the BBB. I should not have to wait THREE WEEKS after returning your product to get my money back. The lame excuses I am given when I call about not having enough staff is a joke. You company made 3 BILLION dollars last year that should be more than enough to hire the staff required to complete the RMA process quickly. I have spent well over $10000 with your company over the last five or six years and it is shameful to be treated so poorly. I don't know what else to do except to tell everyone I know not to buy your product and tell them the horror story I am having to go through with your company. Repeat business and brand loyalty is big in any industry but especially in golf. As a golf instructor that works with people that are new to the game they often ask me what clubs they should get or where is the best place to go to get a good deal. After the way I have been treated the first words out of my mouth will probably be Titleist, Ping or Taylor Made. This entire process should have been done in a week not 3-4 weeks.

This message is directed at Callaway Golf regarding their subsidiary, WGT (World Golf Tour). I've chosen to discontinue playing the game due to what appears to be an unfair advantage granted to a select few players among the 15 million WGT claims to have. The annual eTour championship, offering a substantial $25-$30k prize, consistently being won by only 2 or 3 players raises legitimate concerns.

Fire?head of golf! Ordering clubs are awful. DISHONEST with dates on website and their office. It shouldn't be this BAD with computers. Never will buy a callaway again.

In the last year I have spent $3,580 on Callaway Clubs online. I was working with a representative Jordan who initially told me to contact him and he would make sure I received free shipping...well about a week ago I ordered an Epic Max 5 wood, but I received what's called a Heavenwood. I called Callaway and the rep said he didn't have the club I ordered (it was preowned) but he had something similar and would ship out today...I was ok with that until I learned that although my replacement club was shipped that day it would not arrive for another 5 days! Considering this was there mistake you would think they would have overnighted my club. How cheap and it's terrible customer service! Additionally, I received an email from Jordan, my so called representative, stating that he would no longer give me free shipping. I like Callaway Clubs but I previously had TaylorMade and the customer service is awesome...I want a new Driver but it will not be a Callaway.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I waited 2 months for the order. no response. emailed and called to cancel. No one responded. Wrote another email. screenshot all my emails and sent to customer service. All they said was unfortunately it shipped. i have already bought my set. They said there was no note to cancel.

Very disappointed.I ordered a new set of irons in January, I was quoted 3-4 weeks for delivery and it ended up taking over 2 months for them to arrive. When they did arrive the set was missing the gap wedge. I was told they where sorting it out. The wedge still has not arrived and I have been given no timeframe. I really like my new irons, but I do not recommend buying Callaway due to their inability to deliver the clubs that you order.

My teen son got a hole in one in July 2021 at Pebble Beach's The Hay course on hole #3 using a bright green Callaway ball. It was amazing to see and enjoy that incredible shot! I contacted Callaway and they hooked him up with an awesome plaque, a dozen balls and some other neat schwag! I wanted to thank Callaway for making my kid's day and for their generosity. My 9 y.o. was with us, too, and they even sent some stuff for him to make him feel special, too....You guys are awesome! Both my boys are junior players and champions (as was I) and I can't wait to play this wonderful game with them as long as I can....thanks again for your great customer service!
