I'd give them zero stars if that was an option. I hope this review doesn't go unnoticed because this page is unclaimed with the store being new-ish. I stopped in for the first time last Saturday and bought 2 bralettes. I was in a rush with my husband glaring at me so when asked if I wanted to try them on I said no I didn't have time. The woman working just rung me up and let me on my way as if it was nothing. I got home and tried them on a day later, both fit awkward and not right so I put them right back in the bag with the receipt - I read the receipt which said exchanges have to be made in 7 days. Final sale on accessories, sale items and shoes. To me and to most, accessories means sunglasses / Jewelry/ bags so I went on my mary way with the work week and on Saturday (7 days) drove from Escondido to Carlsbad to return them. The woman told me they are non refundable. When I pointed out the receipt she said accessories include laungerie. When I brought up the person who run me up last time and how she said nothing about the policy the woman didn't care, I said "with something like that your employees should explain it to people, it's not like this is $10, it's $60" and she proceeded to say I'm sorry but I can't we're a boutique" I asked to talk to the manager so she went in the back for a while then came back out and pointed to a frame that has the exchange policy and said I should've known because that sign is out, I said not everyone reads random signs. I asked to talk to the manager because she said she can't do anything as an associate when I again pointed out Money is falling off trees for me and if I could at least get store credit if they won't budge, she said the manager is feeling sick, might pass out and waiting for someone to get her so she can't help me, that I'd have to come back. I live in Escondido - the multiple drives will cost enough in gas. For any business this is absurd, for a small business I think you're hurting yourself and I hope a better store comes in in your place.
