Worst Subaru in the country. I had a recall and they did it wrong. I went back to fix it, and they guy with my case didn't even want to give me his name. Shame for Subaru. Recalls are not a joke.

I could not be more disappointed. During a service appointment, they lost my engine cover. They would not replace the lost cover--such a bummer. A $75 part lost you all future business from my family.

I was looking at new cars for over a month at Bob Baker Subaru before I decided on a 2023 Outback. Jill helped me and was hands down the best and deserves a raise! She was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, answered all my questions, and is a big reason that I ended up buying a car here rather than somewhere else. I never felt pressured like can happen at other car dealerships. She just wanted to make sure I came to the right decision on a car. She made the whole process from test driving cars to sitting down and signing on one comfortable and easy. She went above and beyond helping me test drive cars and keeping in great communication throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend Bob Baker Subaru if you are in the area looking for a car and strongly recommend that you ask for Jill to help you when you come in!

We bought my mom a new car! Overall, a great experience - and car buying is NOT fun. First, the dealership had cars available. We did research and not all of the dealerships had new cars available. Next, went on-site and met our sales person, Austin. He was very personable but more importantly, he listened to the needs. His knowledge was excellent and he did what good sales people do - closed the deal. Also, met w/ Joey in finance. He was equally professional. He tried to upsell us on additional stuff but was very professional with his approach. Would highly recommend Bob Baker Subaru.

Customer service 0/5 stars. Accountability by staff members 0/5 stars. Learn from my mistakes, go anywhere else, I wish I had. I came almost a month ago (9/14) to have the broken radio in my Subaru WRX replaced. Lester said he ordered the new radio and would call me in 1-2 weeks when it came in. THREE weeks passed (10/5), with no word, so I called Subaru. I spoke with Devon who informed me that Lester NEVER placed an order for a radio. I've been waiting for weeks for an order the staff NEVER placed.... Lester was nice but he had one job: order a new radio. He failed to do his extremely simple job. Further, he failed to inform and update the customer (me) of his inadequate workmanship. Please find staff that are responsible and able to accurately perform the duties their job entails! Devon said I would receive a call about my new radio coming in by Wed (10/5) latest. It's Thur (10/6) and of course I've heard nothing. Classic. I will now have to spend more hours calling Subaru to get a radio. It should NOT take a month to perform a simple radio replacement... I should NOT have to spend hours on the phone continuously calling Subaru staff for help that they are UNWILLING and UNHAPPY to give... I will NOT be coming here again. I hope management hires new staff. You will lose many more customers if you continue treating us with this current lack of respect and disregard for our cars.

You have to do their job for them or do not come here. I made an appointment for an oils change and tire rotations. I specified it is a wheels fleet vehicle. I arrived early. ERIC LOPEZ the service rep took one look at my MAP FLEET info and said he had to check if they do fleet cars. His response to why didn't the appointment person tell me this was " they are a 3rd party call center and don't know what we do"! Good to know that one hand does not know what the other is doing and it is the customers job to wait for clarification even after making an appointment and arranging the work day around that appointment. Then after checking he said I have to get payment ahead of time. I showed him the number on the MAP to call to get Payment and he said no IT HAS TO BE A CARD. I called wheels for him to get him the information and then he said now I am on to the next 2 customers and you have to wait till I am ready. At this point I asked for a manager that could not be found. Finally John another service rep trying to get me to move my car took all information and set up the service. Unbelievable. Laziness

Everyone here makes me feel welcome and taken care of. Last time I was there, the service line was busier than I've ever seen it. A worker later told me that they were down a few people and working hard to keep up. The workers managed to keep smiles on their faces and treat the customers like family, AND got my car fixed up in no time. I highly recommend this group of hardworking, caring people to trust with your car.

The motto of this location "Where it's nice to be nice" is the biggest joke on earth. Hilarious. We all know how the car sales arena works but I could have had a more horrible experience than at Bob Baker Subaru. I suggest you do not give this location your business, take it elsewhere. Especially if you care at all about customer service and giving good people your business. We called about a specific model/trim/color that was listed on the site to confirm it was in stock on a Wednesday around 5pm- spoke with someone named Sam. We were told it was, and were about to drive approx 3 hours from LA to purchase it- we were then connected with another salesperson Jamie who told not to because they close at 8pm and no one would want to stay at work past closing (fair enough). They asked if we could come the following day, we agreed and let them know it would be after work- gave them a time, they said ok. We reiterated that we would be coming from LA, leaving around 3:30pm and would not be there until after 6pm due to traffic. I was texting with 1 sales person (Jamie) who said he would not be in when we arrive but assured us the car would be held for us. During the 3 hour drive - I called the dealership multiple times, spoke with Sam who said he would be in (from the internet dept) and said if not someone else could help us. He reassured us the car would be there, prepped and ready for sale. I wasn't too worried about whoever would help us when we arrived as we had been talking to multiple people at the location over all forms of communication (call, text, email) for over 24 hours. Assuming they would all be communicating at the location? Very wrong, silly of me to assume. On our last call to them when we were 15 mins out I got put on hold and no one came back to the call, we arrived and I hung up to talk to them in person. Another sales person (new name we had not talked to) greeted us and when we asked for Sam he told us sam was on vacation (??) guess it was a different Sam? No one seemed to know. He offered to help us, we told him the situation and the stock number of the vehicle- he went to go check on it. We were then notified the car we drove 3 hours for had been sold about 30 mins prior to us arriving. We were told we were "late" for our appt so they didn't hold it for us. We never were told that we would have to be there by a certain time to secure this purchase and given the fact that I called and texted 2 employees throughout the day, I never could have imagined this would happen. Also, no one called us to let us know when this was happening or after the fact, insane. Also, I later noticed they had sent us an email for a 6pm appt (same day) and we had arrived at 6:30pm. So you mean to tell me the car sold in 30 mins? Doubtful. They just wanted to get another sale and had no regard for the situation at hand. The sales manager who was on for the evening (Seth) came over to talk to us and explained how the supply chain was short now due to shortages (no s**** this is the reason we made such a deal about coming from LA and holding the vehicle). And if we would have been "on time" we would have gotten the vehicle- I guess blaming us? Even though no one told us anything about a time limit and I guess no one communicated internally at all about the multiple calls we made en route? He then admitted there was a lack of commutation on their end and offered to order us one in the color we wanted for a 2 month wait time. and of course, they came prepared with a list of inventory they had in stock (none of which were even the color we asked for) to try to off sell us on another vehicle. The point is- this place is run terribly, no one gives a s*** about anything except making a sale in the moment. There is no longtime good business ethic at all, disappointing for a brand like Subaru- I would think. Do not trust a damn thing they say. I'd like to note that it didn't seem this was to the fault of Sam or Jamie -it was purely Seth who chose to sell the vehicle without notifying us

My husband bought an Impreza here 2 years ago and everyone we dealt with was kind and helpful. We never felt pressured by typical sales tactics. I returned looking for a car of my own, a difficult color to find right now and Terry was the perfect salesman, following up with me and providing updates every step of the way. Again, he was not overbearing and was very authentic and helpful. I will continue recommending this dealership.

My experience could have been better. Don't let them refuse your Costco Auto Program 15%Off coupon! Pros: - The waiting room is nice. Free coffee and wifi. - It's nearby the outlets while you wait for your service to finish. Cons: - Tire alignment took 3.5 hours instead of 2 hours. - They tried to refuse my CostcoAuto 15%Off Coupon on my Tire Alignment - Costco called them and fixed this issue. - There is little to no communication between employees and customers. You just wait and wait and wait, with no one giving updates.

This review is specific to the Service team. Having said that, my purchase experience here was spot on too but I'll save that for another time. I took our 2022 Ascent in to have its first scheduled oil/filter change. There was an issue with oil that had spilled on the engine block that they told me about and were very up front. The engine was steam washed and ready to go. However, on the drive home I could smell burning oil in the cabin and once I got home there was smoke coming from under the hood which simply the oil burning off. I wrote an email at about 6:00pm to Norman, the Service Director. At 7:50am the next morning I receive a call from John to address the problem. I brought the car back in and he prioritized it, had it degreased and pressure washed, outside washed, and the cabin air filter replaced. Now everything is back to normal. Not everything in this world is perfect but it's how you handle the imperfections that count. Well done Subaru Service Team!!!
